Remarks :

St Alberts college is a very good college with all facilities for the students. It is situated at the heart of the city of Kochi. It is very easy to reach the college. Transport facility is easily available.

Course Curriculum Overview :

There are many UG programmes and PG programmes offered by the college. UG programme consists of 6 semesters divided into 3 years. Each year having 2 semesters. At the End of each semester there will be End Semester Examination

Placement Experience :

There is good placement and job opportunities for the students who secure good marks in their course. Internship is also provided by the colleges of certain courses. The internship is done at the final year for the students.

College Events :

There are many events confucted by the college. They are Arts Day for the students to participate in the arts programmes.Sports Day is also conducted for students to participate in the sports for empowing physical education. Exhibition is also conducted.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee structure is feasible. It varies according to the courses a student is studying. For B.Com it is 12000 per semester For BBA it is 13000 per semester For Bsc courses it varies from 9000-19000 per semester.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There scholarships offered by the college to the students. It is of different types. College supports the students who are financially Low. Scholarship is passed for these type of students to give financial support.

Campus Life :

There are many extra curricular activities provide by the college. Sports such as Footbal, Cricket , Basketball, Volleyball are there in the college. There is good Computer Lab for computer education in the college. NCC and NSS are also provided by the college.

Hostel Facilities :

There is Hostel facility for the students in the college. The Hostel have very good infrastructure.Good rooms and good food. There is baketball court for playing basket ball for the hostlers. There is chapel for praying.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

There is Alumni Network. The students are also very friendly with their juniors Senior students help the junior students in several activities and for learning. They are very supporting. They are united with teachers and students.

Faculty :

There are Good Teachers in the college. Teachers very helpful minded to the students. Teaching is very good by the professors of the college. They understand the problems facing by the students and help the stidents very well.

Well-known companies such as Amazon, Infosys, and IBM visited the campus to offer positions in fields like software development, data analytics, and consulting. The highest annual compensation package offered was 120,000, while the average annual package ranged from 50,000 to 70,000 depending on the employer and job role. Approximately 75% of students secured placements, highlighting the college's strong industry relationships and rigorous academic standards. Without access to campus placements myself, I plan to enhance my employability by pursuing internships, freelance projects, and certification courses in my field of study. Additionally, leveraging professional networks through platforms and attending industry events will be critical for exploring job opportunities and defining a successful career path upon completing my degree program.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In this course we can study about different types of gemstones and their treatments. They provide Industrial Visit for each semester. In industrial visit they take us into mining quary and International jwellery exhibition.They provide lab visits and lap practical class with new modern equipments. Course Curriculum Overview:

This course has a great scope in the coming future and can be useful for the next generation. There are enough faculty for every course and they provide excellent quality education. Every faculty is well educated and they have enough experience to educate every type of student. There are class tests every month and there is also an Internal exam just before the semester exam which helps you prepare for the semester exam. It will be as hard as the semester exam, so it will be difficult to pass the exam.

Remarks:

I opt this college as it is a reputed college and located in the city. moreover to study this logistics course. And this college was much nearer to my residence.When saying about my course. more explosures where given than theoretical knowledge like each year there was internship about a month.Last 2 years internship can opt for out of kerala or India.Best tutors and mentors for helping and teaching. They always does their best and make better. Moreover it was a autonomous college so that no delay in exams and even in results coming out.

If you are getting some good NIT and IIT then definitely CUSAT will not be in your list but If you are getting some private colleges or some state level colleges then CUSAT may be one of the option for which you can go. Academically CUSAT is good and it has 2 campuses main campus and CUCEK.
