My college overview

Soo it's a 4 year course which needs focus, hard work and practice to clear all semesters. There are total of 8 semester in 4 year course where every year contains 2 semesters. Each semester has 2 exams, insem which is of 30 marks and endsem which is of 70 marks which all together covers total of 100 marks each year.

65000 rs for open category and there is scholarship for lower economic class background students like SC, OBC etc. The scholarship name is CM Eknath shinde Students scholarship. The minimum amount paid by such students is 5000 and maximum 36000 every year.

There is a sports day every year which is a competition between each year students in varous sports. The main event is spandan which is celebrated every year. The festivals that are celebrated are ganpati, shivaji jayanti and navratri.

Boys hostel is of 4 floor same goes for girls hostel. Each room in boys hostel contains of 2 people in 1 room and there are many rooms at each floor compared to girls hostel as there is less rooms because 1 rooms is of 1bhk space where there are 8 girls in 1 room. There is private mess for both girls and boys hostel.

To take admission in this college for B. E field the clearance of any 3 entrance exam jee mains, jee advance and cet is necessary. There are 2 rounds for college allocation and admission. So i was alloted genba mozerao college in first round but the review was not that brilliant and in the second round i was alloted siddhant college.

The facilities that are mostly liked by all students are exam commitee, management commitee, student section and head of departments. The facility dislike by most of the students are teaching staff, non teaching staff and account sections.

There is 1 gym, 1 cafeteria inside campus, 1 library inside college. The college is located with good local environmental places to visit like bhamchandra and bhandara dongar. There are boys as well as girl hostel inside the campus itself. Timing for hostel girls is till 9:00pm and for hostel boys it is till 10:00pm.
