Remarks

I applied to many other colleges nearby but I chose this college among all the other colleges because of the course and curriculum. The admission process is quite smooth and an other fees of almost ?26,000 is to paid during the admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am quite interested Data science hence I opted for this particular course. The college has made a good attempt in shaping the curriculum in order to prepare you for real world applications. The exams are not too difficult eitherm They are just moderate

Class Size: 68Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Yearly, I'm paying around 3,00,00 per year. I don't have much clarity on the management seat but i guess it is around ?5,00,000 per year. I don't avail any scholarships or reservations so this fees is completely for general category students.

Campus Life

We have one main fest, a department fest and a Utsav. however, the main fest and department fest are held Alternative years. There is not much to do in college in terms of extra curriculum activities or sports. The library is pretty good, it has a studying environment.

Faculty

The faculty to student ratio is decent. The faculties are helpful in nature and kind enough. They solve all your academic and non academic doubts. Normally there are three internals and one external exam in one semester. The curriculum is quite relevant but sometimes it feels hectic.

Interview Experience

There where no group discussion s however there was a written test that is CET. you are supposed to give exams like CET and COMEDK in order to get admission in the college. Basic 12th board knowledge is enough for these examinations.

Night Life

I am a day scholar hence I don't know much about the night life around college but the canteens are decent inside the college. The hostel timing are upto 7pm. The locality seems safe enough for a student.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. The top companies like TCS Infosys Wipro Accenture Capgemini IBM tech Mahindra mind tree. The average is 8lpa. The highest 54 LPA. Overall 80% of students get placed in the final year. My plan after degree is to get a good job.

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

Placement Experience:

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

i initially applied for RNSIT ,BNMIT, SJBIT ,GAT and many but in first round i had got GAT for ECE then i thought of waiting for second round as there was time and then i got SJBIT .i thought about the campus and placements would be good and joined SJBIT. ALL ABOUT SJBIT

I applied to other colleges like RNSIT, JSSATE. I specifically chose this college as I got to know the dept hod was nice with the students and supported students which is totally not true, he always support s the teachers even though they are wrong on their parts. The cutoff of comedk exams were much more in other colleges so I had to join this college itself.
