Course Curriculum Overview

The course seems to be very relevant and upto date as IIFT Kakinada is a new institution, we almost have all the tooics covered in a very good manner and its very academically challenging and extremely rigorous

Class Size: 49Course Fees: INR 2500000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees including hostel is 6.5 lakhs per year. It is the same for all categories Financial aid is easily available at most of the banks in india as IIFT is considered to be a decorated and well renowned institute

Campus Life

There is no campus for now in IIFT KAKINADA. We are told that it will be done by next year and my second year will begin at the new campus. Right now our classes are being held in a small huilding in the JNTUK university at kakinada

Admission

The admission process for IIFT KAKINADA is first to give the IPMAT exam of which 68% score is taken, 20% score is taken from ur 10th percentage and 2 % is given to gender diversity. My goal was to get into IIM Indore for the IPM programme but i couldnt clear the interview round

Faculty

There are only 4-5 faculties in the college. Rest are guest faculties who complete our course in 1-2 weeks and leave which makes studying a tedious task as those faculties are not available for doubts during exams

Night Life

There is no nightlife as the hostel in times are 9pm. Even if you sneak out, its very unsafe for girls especially. There were many cases of girls being catcalled and harassed in the past so i would say its better to stay in the hostel at night

Placement Experience:

The placements of my college are the very best. They bring out minimum 50 colleges to the campus and they garauntee each and every student getting placed in the companies. They start campus drives at the 5th semester begning.

My honest experience in ausib

Placement Experience:

Student are eligible for placement at the end of the academic year Some of the companies that offer placements are wipro,tcs,infosys and the placements are not so good. The highest package for bba is just 3lpa which is very low and minimum is 1lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is very low like 20 to 3o percent out of 100. My plan after studying bba is to pursue mba in a good b-school

KIA, WIPRO, TCS,WEB TECH,VIVO,GROW, these are companies visited in our college . total 30 to 50 offers are they made 3. highest was 7LPA and average was 3.5LPA 4. 65% students will get placements 5. to do masters or to do a business in our town rather than no plans in my mind present

IIFT KAKINADA IPM HONEST REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very diverse and interesting. We have subjects ranging from yoga, economics and psychology to CMA, HRM, CSR, Power BI, python, Excel etc. The curriculum is very practical based, and focuses on real life application. The exams are held twice every semester and are moderate to high level of difficulty.

Campus placements are not much high but these are enough for initiation of a career of degree student. And will be helpful in future. But in our district other degree colleges are not even having these level of campus placements.

A Happy Living

Placement Experience:

Most of the students are provided with good placements. They are chosen according to their Course, Internship, Knowledge. I want to go with MBA. Many companies like Microsoft, Nestle, Spice jet, Infosys, Indigo, Wipro, Tata, Taj hotels, etc are the frequently visited companies.

A true and genuine review of IIFT Kakinada

I applied for different colleges which conduct IPMAT and JIPMAT like IIM Indore, IIM Rohtak, IIM Ranchi, IIM Bodh Gaya, IIM Jammu Tapmi but i was able to make only iift and tapmi manipal. Here's the reason- although I did good in all the written examinations my interview rounds were messed up. As i was a dropper i thought they would ask things majorly from 12th class and curent affairs but they ended up asking 11th class questions. But IIFT Kakinada is also good. Since its affiliated from IIFT Delhi , our seniors will get placements from Delhi only. Admission process- register for IPMAT examination conducted by IIM Indore. Then register for iift also and link the form with ipmat indore. So, iift takes marks from ipmat Indore only for evaluation . Total seats are 60 and there is a 2 peecent quota for female candidates too....Read More

IIFT KAKINADA IPM HONEST REVIEW

I applied to IIM Ranchi and IIM Indore alongside IIFT KAKINADA. I got shortlisted for interview at IIM Ranchi and later got waitlisted. I got rejected by IIM Indore. I chose IIFT KAKINADA because it is the second best college for pursuing IPM (Integrated Program in Management) after IIM Indore. I chose to study in Indian Institute Of Foreign Trade Delhi as it is one of the top ranking institute for management studies. IIFT offers AICTE approved MBA in International Business Program.
