Likes

Some Proffesors are good and i can approach to them
No ragging in the campus. There arw co curricular activities
We have assigned a mentor. And there mentoring hour in which we can meet them and talk about our academics and other things

Dislikes

Small campus . More focused on completing the syllabus rather teaching re world applications
The lab components are too old to use. And some of them dont work properly
In the previous sem we were not given any specific classroom so we had to change it every hour

Course Curriculum Overview

I'd completed my diploma in ece that is why i choose this branch in engineering I think we lack behind for real world applications I think the college should focus more on real world application and making more projects so that the student's gain more practical knowledge and are ready for real world applucations

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 120000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

I pay 120000 per year For management seat the fees for this year was 120000 it varies from branch to branch mine was for ece 2-3 of my classmates who got government seat they pay around 32000 Hostel fee was 80,000 but now it's raised

Campus Life

Calypso maybe once in a year. There are food feast and other sports activities. There is a wide range of books in the library and are easily available Yes there are students club. There are many sports activities in which we can participate

Admission

I didnt apply to any other college and i got into this college through management seat for 2nd year as i was diploma lateral entry student. No We can take admission into this college through management KCET or DCET Most preffered by the students are KCET

Faculty

Some professors are very good and i can approach them There are no faculty which i don't like There are 3 internals are 1 external per sem The internals are conducted by the college The external exam question papers are set by the VTU

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:

I chose hkbk because i really liked the infrastructure of the college and environment I really like how people are communicable and open towards you in this college you dont feel like and outsider It really has good environment I did choose different collages but ended up here because i didn't like the surroundings and infrastructure of other colleges The admission process is quite easy in hkbk The eligibility for physiotherapy is clearing your 2 puc with biology you can also take admission through entrance examination...Read More

Honestly, I chose this college as this had less fees and was affordable than other colleges that I applied to. Additionally, I had heard that placements were pretty good here.
