What Students Say
Likes
- Placements provided by the college and also the internship opportunitues.
- Project Opportunity and support from department staff.
- Liked the multiple and various types of events and committies formed inside institute or department.
Dislikes
- Infrastructure is not up to mark lack in canteen size for AISSMS IOIT.
- Some staff behaivour is too strict as we cant resist that.
- Personal mobile network has multiple issues as we can use only Airtel sim cards here as Jio has no network available inside the campus. Campus has provided us with wifi facilities but some dept like ENTC dont have it consistant.
Course Curriculum Overview
The courses and assistance provided are absolutely great as multiple courses and staff support is provided as you can also publish your own research papers if you have any that makes the overall experience best and also there are students who compare this college with top tier colleges like VIT,VU,MIT etc so dont listen to them as it has no sense to listen to them.
Internships Opportunities
many internships opportunities are provided as i havnt yet applied for any due to my running Virtual internships but college is having official whatsapp group for internship updates and etc so internship assistance is totally supported by college itself.
Placement Experience
Placements are offered for all of the Departments like CS , IT, EnTC , Electrial , Instrumentaion dept so the placements are provided in various fields like IT or Manufacturing so getting placement is not an issue and also internships are too provided so no need to worry.

Campus Life
As im focused on my role in Electronics engineer and many of them tell me to go for IT jobs but im still focused on my EnTC field only as i have mutiple opportunities in multiple companies and also i have completed Virtual Internships like FORD EV ENGINEERING or JP MORGAN Investment Banking etc. so overall good experience in college life and as im an introvert i dont need any group of friends to survive.
Admission
First main reason is this college is in PMC which is the main city of Pune and has IT hubs like Hadapsar and Wakdewadi near it and the second college which i applied was the JSPM Tathwade which spots in PCMC where the IT hub is only Hinjewadi and as per my lifetime experience in Pune for living a better life PCMC is better but if you are considering college for better placement opp then i will really prefer PMC i.e Pune City colleges as AISSMS IOIT has best placement as compared to JSPM's Tathawade campus.
Faculty
The GFMs are really good in fact their behaviour is also good and the guradian faculty members are too good but there are some staff which are rude and sticked to their strictness so that makes the overall staff rating 3/5.
Other Applied Colleges
JSPM'S Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering - [RSCOE] Tathawade | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering)
Not intrested due to low placement opportuinities
