Presidency University Bangalore is a bang!!

Our curriculum is as good as anything. During moot competitions and quiz competitions our university students have managed to beat students of NLSIU and Christ University. Only things which should be added is providing internships to students as that is a core part of our curriculum.

Well placements are quite good and it all begins during the final year. Most top law firms from bharucha to DS associates all come here. Almost 80% students are placed as Indus Law took half the students last year. My plan is to practice law as I don't want to do a job post degree.

I just had to pay 135k as I hold domicile from Karnataka. Likewise there are certain scholarships based on caste and other factors like PWD (Person with disability) and EWS (Economics Weaker Sections).

Invincia is the annual inter-collegiate fest and then our departmental fest Law Anand. Also university hosts events like Mind Rocks, Go Chargers and others. The college buildings are like mall buildings all centrally air-conditioned and have all the facilities in each buildings. Every department like the law, informatics, designing and others have their own branches buildings.

On 12th results as the university law school has a cut off list where outsiders have a cut-off of 87 and local students it's 78%. SC/ST and OBC students can get away with 61 and 64 percentage respectively.

Faculties are quite approachable as we have a lot of faculties who actually stays at the campus. The hostel students do demand extra classes from them after the university hours and they never ever say no. So, their kindness is something that has won most students hearts.
