Course Curriculum Overview
B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology is always a challenging field. But this college build me well about all lab tests and provided detailed mechanism of the tests. Teaching methods are always uptodate using both board and projectors. And they took tests after every topics suddenly so you have to be prepered.

I applied through the Common Entrance Test (CET) and faced a group discussion that assessed our communication skill. Preperation involved practicing common GD topics with peers. Academic Experience The curriculum is robust, covering essential topics like Bio medical, Anatomy-Physiology, Microbiology. The faculty includes several Ph.D. holders who are dedicated to student success. Exams are held bi-annuaklly and there are several class tests to build up knowledge and are challenging but fair. Campus Life Social life is vibrant with numerous clubs focusing in tech, culture and sports. The infrastructure is modern; classrooms are with AC and projector. Labs are well equiped and library offers extensive resources Financial Aspect Tuition fees are reasonable at Rs.60,000 per year, with student credit card and scholarships available for high achuevers. Placement Insight The placement cell is active. Multiple compenies often vitis the campus and they provide free seminar and webinar. Laboratories like Metropolish, Surakhsha and Hospital like Mission Hospital, Shuvadarsini Hospital and others NABL LAb or NABH Hospital frequiently recruit here. Personal Insights I love the supportive faculty and engaging campus events. However, I wish there were more internship opportunities facilitated by the college. Conclusion Overall, Paramedical college, Durgapur provides a solid education with weel placement prospects. I whould recommended it to anyone persuing a degree in Medical Laboratory Technology.
Campus Life
There are several traditional festivals like holi, viswakarmapuja, saraswati puja, freashers and farewell are organized by college and there are grand feast and Annual Program where students got feliciated who achieve position in exams. Annual sports day is always a hype for different streams. The competition is always thrilling. Over all education, sport, cultural programmes are well balanced and infrastructure is well.
Admission
This college is one of the oldest paramedical college in Durgapur. This college offers BPT, BMLT, B.OPTOM, BMH courses. And the teaching procedure and disciplines are always up to mark. You can get admission by WBJEE or CET exam. for B.Sc. in MLT you should pass 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Biology. After appeared in exam you will go through counselling and then get admitted.
Faculty
There is several well educated faculties in PMC. They are very student friendly. I used to take tuition from them for free of cost after college. Faculties are always free to answer any doubt in and after college hours. I like Mr. Krishnendu Adhikary the most because he got great knowledge in bio science and also he is a gold medalist in physiology and got some patents and also a junior scientist. The exams are bi-annually and there are several unit tests to build up the streangth in the field. only 0-1% students fail because of attendance.
