You need NEET to get into medicine and colleges are based on your rank. I could have chosen thoothukudi but i went with kanyakumari mainly due to the environment of the college , weather . The campus overall looked more green and inviting. Admission is based on counselling , cpuld be tamil nadu counselling or all india counselling depending on from where you are . Admission is solely based on NEET scores as it is a government medical college. A state rank of around 900-1000 will get you a seat in this college. The admission to this medical college is based on your NEET score .When I joined this college the neet cut off was 595 marks for general category but now the cut off increased due to the easy neet exam pattern after the NTA took it over. You can get this college if your all India rank is under 9000. I joined this college using all India quata which is 15% of all the seats available.
