Remarks
Campus is very green. At least you will get pure oxygen everyday. This campus always feels like a picnic spot to you. But University is situated at a distance of nearly 25 km from the Ranchi station.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course curriculum is very good and very well structured. The syllabus covers all important topic of the respected field of study with recent development in the field. But I think syllabus is little bit long you have to work hard for the semester examinations.
Placement Experience
You will got placed if you are a student of MBA or Mass Com. , Water engineering, Geoinformatics or other engineering related branch. There is a small opportunity for natural science students too. University also provide internship time to time.
College Events
There are too many events celebrated each year in this University. Like annual sports fest "Khelotsav" . University also organize international conference in different fields. Like last year there was an international conference on nuclear physics. Few days ago there was an international conference on international relations and so on. Last month we have organized a tech fest. Etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee structure is based on Central University norms. As this University is funded and runned by the government of India, so you don't have to pay a very expensive fee. And of course you can easily get loans from the banks.
Fees and Financial Aid
This Universities offers different types of scholarships for minorities. And you can also avail scholarship from Central and state government. Like if you are a natural science student you can get the INSPIRE scholarship provided by department of science and technology. And if you are a PhD student you will get stipend too.
Campus Life
As I have mentioned earlier, this is not the permanent campus so the labs are not too good. Yes we have playground for basketball, football , badminton , bolly ball, table tennis and cricket. We also organize sports fest and youth festival.
Hostel Facilities
Yes I live in college hostel. Which is not too good because this is not the permanent campus of University. Infrastructure of this temporary campus is too good. Hostel fee is only 1200 RS per semester only. And the mess fee is 12500 RS per semester.
Alumni/Alumna
Our previous batch was too good. There are too many students from last batch who qualified for national level exams like GATE , NET etc. Some of them are working at some of the prestigious post of government of India. Etc.
Faculty
Faculties are good. They are experts of their field. But as usual here is also some shortage of faculty in some departments. In every semester University also hire some guest faculties to fulfill the shortage.
