When i studied the course was advanced. It provides all electronic , computer papers with physics knowledge. We may go to any IT related fields . Because we had studied jawa ,c++ ,python and c programs . With the help of an advanced laboratory we were able to do our own projects which was very helpful for the future. Now the courses have changed in Kerala . New FYUGP syllabus came and everything changed . It will be far advanced and better than the previous ones . Now You can select the papers by your own . It will encourage us more .

Faculty

I was a Bsc Electronics student. Basically Bsc Electronics is a tough subject to study . Because it comes with all the new technologies. The faculties are very good throughout the college . We get the full support from our HOD Dr Rohit Raj. He gave us encouragement throughout the years. And all the teachers in our department are better one by one . Every department have sufficient teachers for teaching the students. If you study well you will pass . The exam is not that kinda tough . But still some will fail . But majority of them get passed on the next exam .

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.
