- The college has a good and friendly environment, due to the size of the campus it's pretty great to have a big campus
- The canteen facilities are great and affordable to all kind of students, the cleanliness and the quality is also great
- The greenery across the campus and very friendly support staff make it easy to survive
Dislikes
- The department of business administration has the worst management skills, no timely appointment of faculties
- The timetables will be give but nothing is followed according to it, and if class starts at 9:30 they put a message in the official group about a different class being conducted at 9:30 in the morning, it makes it very difficult for day scholars
- The teachers are not at all knowledgeable, they only have qualifications but no real knowledge and this degree seems waste from this college, also no hopes for placements at all
Course Curriculum Overview
After completing 4 semesters in this college for BBA degree, I can assure you this is one of the most useless course that can exist Everything we study is pretty much basic and is available in all kind of resources It doesn't take a genius to understand basic English, and that's exactly what is in the marketing, MPP, HR, IT, banking law etc subjects
Fees and Financial Aid
The first year's fees was 10000 but since I got above 80% in 12th, I got a discount of 15000 so I only paid 85000. For the second and third year the fees is 85000 and I have paid the same There is no other scholarships from the college end except for the first year's merit scholarship
Campus Life
The overall experience has been very average and disappointing No clubs run accordingly, the teacher coordinator have the shittiest decision making process Sports is good but we have to constantly approach the teachers and the details about selections is not mentioned publicly in the WhatsApp groups or in the notification board The technologies used is below average and no WiFi is provided, our own mobile network in the classrooms and the departments do not run properly
Admission
I chose this college because, Ramaiah is a well reputed institute and has really good opinions from the local people, the medical College and engineering college is great but when it comes to the college of arts science and commerce it's utterly bullshit There is no fests, no events, no activities, no guest lectures and practically there's nothing good
Faculty
The faculty to student ratio is very average and the very few faculties are friendly and approachable, rest of them only die for attendance despite maintaining a good 75-80% they taunt for not attending 2-3 classes The best faculty we had was for accounts and rest all are pretty much below average They conduct 2 internals in a semester and the difficulty is moderate but the marking scheme solely depends on the teachers liking towards the student. I personally do not face issues because I have been maintaining a good 9.4 CGPA till now
