we have the best friendly teachers here and are good friends

Dislikes

this college doesn't provide that much programs
for me i had to travel 20km to reach there so it's quite a task
for education, it is one of the best college in university

Course Curriculum Overview

as i would be like to be honest, i chose this course because i thaught it would be a good opportunity to me, and i seems to be like it , but every degree is quite difficult , so if we didn't study well it would be a problem

the fee structure is 12000 per semester admission fee for me was extra 6000 that's all about fees the fee for management students are 50000 at first , but thus college provide best education for middle class students like me at a very affordable rate , i have chosen bsc computer science and it has 4th rank in whole university

Campus Life

in this College we only conducted basic programs as per to decrease the amount money spend by students the programs conducted are onam, Christmas, and fresher's day, the college conducted many sports programs including football cricket, handball , and many more each person can show their talent

Admission

i have given admission to sirsyed institute above this college but i had failed to get a seat in there , as per allotment i got this college and i decided to study here, this college is a good college except they conduct less programs , sirsyed institute conducted variety of programs but many supply

Faculty

as a computer science student in college we have a good faculty we have two computer labs and both of them are quite good, but the course like bsc chemistry and bsc physics are discontinued due to less students so are their labs closed

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5 the opportunity to get a job is out there. Many companies comes to interview and they swlect the apt ones. Sun, Mahendra etc are some of the companies i remember. The highesr package for freshers is like 15000 a month. There is a high percentage of students getting placements its 80-85%.My plan is to study masters.

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.

I choosed this college because it was near to my home so maybe one can say that i took it because of convinence but after studying there i understood that it was my best option like it's so good studying there. I applied to sirsyed college S. N college SES college but due to my less mark i didn't got admission there.
