Course Curriculum Overview
Growth of technology made me to opt for BCA We have 4 labs in our college..and we have more then 12 hours of lab session in a week..soo its easy to learn the real world applications Interactive and practical classes are needed then normal theory class For sem exam the timings are for 3 hours..but for Internal exams they give a time duration for only 1 hour which is really hard to complete the paper
Placement Experience
We get placements during our final year. Companies like Capgemini, Accenture, Xcel corp and many other companies Highest package is 12 lpa and lowest package is 2 lpa Out of 100 students only 5 get placements My plan is to study MCA after completing my degree
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year we pay 95000.. but for this year my college has hiked the fee upto 10% and now we have to pay 105000 Including other extra fees we pay 1 lakh 5 thousand...we used to get scholarship rarely not often..i applied it for once and have not received it yet..in our college only for BCA fee structure is above 1 lakh..for other department like bcom... their fee is less thn 90000 SC/ST students have the opportunity to apply for scholarship
Campus Life
Events like techx,ethnic day, department fests these are typical held in month of may and April We have many books in library which is related to our course The only facility in our classroom is projector We have sports room in our clg
Admission
I applied to several institutions, including st josephs university each of which had strong programs in my field of interest. I chose this college primarily because of its strong academic reputation in my major, the quality of faculty, and the range of extracurricular opportunities. Yes, I did face rejections from st Joseph's . In retrospect, I believe my application lacked in areas such as standardized test scores or the strength of my extracurricular profile.
Faculty
Faculties in our college really try to maintain a good relationship with the students My favourite facilities soo far is sabitha mam, parvathi mam and rahul sir.. because their teaching skills are far more better compared to other faculties The faculties I don't like in my college are none There are 2 internal exams and one sem exams..it is easy to clear the exams if we study regularly
