Vit chennai overall review

Curriculum is apt for the course i took. Have a lot of options to choose what to study. Frequency of exam is good its not too bad. We have enough time between exams. Again at the end if day its college so students should study most of them by themselves

I hear seniors getting placed in some top companies like.google and microsoft zoho etc. People also get opportunities in internships from hackathons they attend as well. They also get through other sources

Placements are similar to most of colleges. Its good and people get placed with a very drcent salary package . Around 3 lakh till 50 lakh . Which is not very bad in these days trends. Most of them with good cgpa are getting placed

159000 this year for category 2 which is very affordable for the engineering market these days.hostel fees and everything for me added up to around 4 lakh. Again it depends on the no of bed and ac or non ac type .. i got 6 bed

There are lot of places students can interact and form a social group . Many clubs that actively do something in the campus and plenty of hackathons are conducted to give every student a chance to learn and use its benefits

Hostel has common washrooms which i found as inconveniance but otherwise its good not very strict... you shouls follow dress codes tho like no sleeveless or short dress. The watdens are usually sweett

I chose this college for the opportunity and affordability of the course i took. Eligibility is just ti get a good percentage in pcm in 12th above 90 would be enough to get in category 2 but again competetion increases every year

Exam is not very hard its manageable amd good amount of break is given between exams. Faculty marking is also not bad. Sime faculties are very leniant some could be little strict but again it boils down to class average so its not a problem
