Nit goa review

I like my course because I am interested in civil engineering from my childhood. My father was also a civil engineer so that inspires me so much. Civil engineering can teach you many things In day to day life and it is very useful. Also, there is no need to improve anything in this course. Everything is very good and the teachers are also very good. They are very friendly. Exams take place in 2-3 weeks.

There are many companies which provide internships and also colleges. I got internship from teach nook. And IIT Madras, I IT Guwahati, IIT roorkee. And many more companies are there. Which provide internship in college. They basically give projects and teach new things to students.

From 6 semesters, students are eligible to get placements. Many companies visit and take campus placements.The average placement for civil engineering is 8-9 lakhs. Highest package was 20 lakhs and 10 out of 100 students get campus placement and others get placement after the college.

When i got admission i paid 28000 for hostel fees in 2023 and institute fees 80000. The institute fees is 74000 and the hostel fees is 37000 now for general category but it keep increasing every year. For sc and st tuition fees is quite very low but hostel fees is same for everyone. Also family annual income is important for categorization in tution fees. Under 8 lakhs annual income, i had to pay 46000 tuition fees for obc. Scholarships are available to everyone on nsp portal.

There are many annual technical festivals which take place in college. The important event of our college is savyaas, which take place every year in between april. And we have a specific club fo every department which conduct a cultural and technical event.

Hostel facility is very good. Every student has their own single room with one bed and one table and chair. The meal quality is average and the registration process for hostel is easy and affordable. The guards are here very friendly.We enjoy here so much in hostels

I applied to the other NITs. But I got a NIT Goa and I chose the NIT Goa because Goa is very beautiful place. Yes , I did get rejections from other college Because of my percentage and rank. The admission process is very easy. The eligibility to get in NIT goa is to clear JEE mains with good percentage. Score above 90% tile, 99%tile can easily get any NIT.

The intake of this college is very good. Faculty to students ratio is like 5:10. Securities are very approachable and helpful to every student and they are very kind. I like my civil engineer faculty because he help me in many things. So there are basically four exams, 2 minors, 1midsem. And 1 endsem. Exams are basically very moderate and many student scores very good in exams.
