This college contains curriculum of same old engineering colleges Which doesnot have any real world application which is major drawback In this area they need improve The semester exams are held every 6months the mids exams are geld every 2-3months

The fee for 4years btech(common to all branches) Tuition fee:-135000 Admission fee :-8500(different for each branch) The hostel and bus is separate which charged as per hostel and distance from the college respectively. There will be scholarship provided of 35000 if you have EWS certificate .

I didnot get the admission in the other colleges that I applied so I landed here Admission process:- The student should clear there 12th grade(40% min) The student should give entrance exam called EMACET which common entrance exam for colleges located in telangana If the qualify the exam he has apply the counseling if the rank of that students meet the cutoff rank he or shre will be given admission

The faculty to student ratio 1:64 But you can clarify your doubts easily in the classroom itself The exams are conducted in the following manner 1) mid 1(half syllabus of the semester) 2)mid 2(remaining half syllabus of the semester) 3)semester exams(whole syllabus) 5)lab exams:- Internal exams:-full portion +viva (from same college faculty) External exams:-full portion +viva(from faculty of other colleges)

The curriculum is not the best i would say There are many flaws in it Although the say the syllabus keeps changing but the changes are not that much The teaching method is also old school methods U can expect an exam every 1.5 months The difficulty is also high

Thinking Beyond Academics and Placements , life at BITS Pilani Hyderabad Campus.

Placement Experience:

Placement here are going on pretty well considering the recession that hit the market in recent years,student become eligible for placements from the first sem of their final year , typically 7th semester for single degree students (BE) and 9th semester for dual degree students (Msc+BE),as per the recent cycle around 310+ companies including Google, MIcrosoft,Goldman sachs etc. had visited campus with offer majorly ranging from 18 to 27 lpa , the highest package last cycle (domestic) was for 65lpa and average aroun 21 lpa. The perecentage of students getting placed is above 80% and remaining usually go on for pursuing masters or already have a PPO from the Practice School Internship.I personally will be sitting for placements in my last year and will be hoping to land a good offer.

Placement Experience:

Internships starts from spring break of 4th sem and placements start from spring break of 6th sem ( if you don't get a PPO ) Many big companies like Microsoft , Oracle , DeShaw and Qualcom visit the college. More than 80% of student that are eligible for placements get placed while the others get off campus placements or opt for higher studies. My plans after getting th degree depends on the CTC of package I get offered. If it is not upto my expectation I will pursue higher education abroad.

BVRIT Review: Deep Dive into Academics, Campus Life, Career Opportunities

I have got an eamcet rank of 12863. So I applied for top 10 campuses in telangana such as JNTU-H campus, VNRVJIT, GRRR, Vasavi, CBIT,etc.... I have applied only cse and allied branches of cse and I have applied for BVRIT since it is very close to my hometown. Many of my neighbours had studied in Bvrit and now are working for top mnc's. Based on my rank I got CSE(AI&ML) in BVRIT. If i had got a better rank than this, then i would have secured a seat in top 5 campuses. The admission process is very simple. You have to bring certificates and after going to college for counselling you will be given a student coordinator for your admission process.
