Here's what i found my college in 4 years

I had choosen my course btech biotechnology because i have my interest in biotech and research field .biotech is an very emerging field in india and growing not very fast but also not very slow ,if you enrolled for this course in my college then it is your best decision for your academics, here you get the best trained and experienced faculty and they will guide you according to your interest of field.if you want to pursue for mtech then teachers guide you very well that how to clear gate biotechnology. There are so many teachers who already cleared and got iits and nit clearing gate for higher studies so don't worry you get best guidance for higher studies.

Niet Greater Noida is mainly known for its placements its placement is almost 100% in all branches. I am in 4th year and there is 1 month placement training form college to make everyone placement ready .And in 2 months CAPEGEMINI,LTIMINDTREE,CODESOFT came for placement and COGNIZANT, ACCENTURE, TCS and many more companies are yet to come and institute arranges the mock tests ,training sessions specialized for every companies. If you have no plan for placement or want to study further then you can withdraw yourself form placement activities then you are free form placement cell of college and you can prepare for you entrance exams .

At the time of admission there are some additional charges for new admission about 150000. After first year it is 115000 per year . Anyone can apply for state government scholarships if they clear the eligibility criteria for that scholarship .

In niet diwali festival is celebrated by some dance and lighting some food stalls, here no such high crowd celebration happend ,in dj nights also only hosteller are allowed were girls are locked in basketball ground and boys are at distant ,so please don't expect much from fests . In the name of fest tech fest was organized that's it. Infrastructure is good not very good it is just enough . 1 not very big library ,previously it was 2 floor library but now it is only 1 but have enough books. Classrooms has no ac but have fan and every class has smartboard now for visual learning. For extracurricular activities sports club arranges competitions and matches .And college arranges sports competition on sports day. Here are many student-run social groups like: Kalakriti club for art and culture Green gold club for environment Kathputli club for theatre and drama Dance club for dance activities. These clubs are very helpful for interaction between junior and seniors.

I had applied to other colleges also like shoolini university and gla university but their fees structure are vey high as compared to niet Greater Noida. And as i compared the placements and other academics these colleges and my college are almost same ,so that are two main reason i had choosen niet over other colleges. After all the niet has rank under 150 in engineering colleges in nirf ranking.and affiliated to A ranked college.

As i say about my branch (biotechnology) faculty are very friendly and supportive in nature . If you have any queries or doubts then they available all the time and not only subject related queries but the personal problems also . They now each and every student personally ,soemtimes you feel they are like our family members . A one faculty i didn't like her because she is pretending herself very smart and scolding anyone without reason then she apologize to them after that and i felt it has no meaning at all she is just an egoistic lady but now she left the college so not to worry.
