Course Curriculum Overview
Not just from the leading institutions of the world but also industrial demand is what has made our course. So, ours is more of a practical thing then just th theory. Classes are compulsory as 80% attendance is mandatory here.
Placement Experience
Over 200 domestic and international companies have written contracts with the university. So from Amazon to big 4 to Indian giants of the IT world come here for placements. A CTC of 18 to 20 lakhs is bare minimum here but since the placement percentage is 70-75% the average comes down to 12LPA.
Fees and Financial Aid
The tuition fees of CSE is 3 and a half lakhs and rest 60 thousand is taxes and other charges. So the fees is a shade over 4 lakhs and is indeed a little high but university is world class and therefore one has to pay that much to study here. Scholarships are numerous here and one can bring down the cost if they are SC/ST category students or are merit holders.
Campus Life
It is 200+ acres of awesomeness at Woxsen university. Every inch of the university is planned and used wisely. An indoor football and cricket turf along with open grounds. Almost a food court and a complex that has medicine shops and ATMs and others. This is a world within as you hardly will have to step out for your needs.
Admission
I gave JEE and other entrances but couldn't make it. However, i cleared my Woxsen's test and the interview round and this is how every student gets admission here. For CSE the competition is always high and therefore only the best of the best gets admission here.
Faculty
Students are heavy in numbers here and even heavier is the number of faculties here. If I take a closer look, I guess one faculty per 6 students must be the ratio. They propel us to take extra curricular activities and join internships during the breaks as practical knowledge is what they try to impart on us.
