Course Curriculum Overview
I like coding and this course will help me to enhance my coding skills. In the first year there are different subject with the core subjects, for the second year there are only core subjects. The frequency of exams are such that semester exams are held in around a gap of 5 months.
Placement Experience
The college placement are decent for Bba and Mba courses but not good for Btech course. There are very less on campus placement opportunities for Btech students. The highest package for a Btech student was 7 Lpa and a BBa student got a highest package of 23 Lpa. My plans after getting degree is going for M.tech degree or MBA degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
My course is B.Tech CSE (AI&DS) in association with IBM. My yearly fees is around 1.7 lakhs ( per sem - 85000). At the time of admission, there is a fee of 12000 included with semester fees ( 10000 security deposit and 2000 caution fees) . I had to pay 25000 at the time of admission for reserving the seat and rest amount can pe paid after some time. Scholarship is also available if you score good percentile / percentage in competitive exams or score good in board exams. They also take their college exam ( AJUCET ) and give scholarship based on the marks obtained. I got a scholarship of rs 15000 which will be stricked out from my second semester fees.
Campus Life
College life is decent. There are lot of events held here. Some of them are. Technika - This is a large technical events in which many colleges take part Ranbhoomi - Sports day event Rangotsav - Holi celebration Navotsav - Durga Puja celebration There are many different type of clubs for every thing. There are also NCC in our college.
Admission
I chose this college because this is only college in my city with Naac A credited in the first cycle. Also this college provides the course which i wanted to pursue. I did not apply in any other college. The admission process is simple as there is low eligibility criteria and anyone can easily surpass it.
Faculty
The faculty is good and supportive. Faculty student relationship is good if the student are not in the bad books of the teacher. The faculty will help if the student wants his / her help. There are also mentors for every student if they face any problem within the campus. They can directly contact their mentor and report them. There are 2 exams per semester. Internal exams and semester exams.
