Superb College

The college is good as I saw for 3 years. I feel it gave lot for me to build my carrier.

PGCET, Just a selection process based on priorities given and marks scored. As I did my bachelors degree BCA I choose MCA to continue in same field.

Go through syllabus, As my steam was computer science I enjoyed a lot, In while learning everyday was unique and fun filled. Electives is up to your choice but make sure you will get other 19 to join you as minimum number of students should be 20 to provide a lecturer.

Depends on the company you got selected. Interview process will be arranged by college. Apart from that they will also provide information about walk-ins and pool campus to ensure better internship program. Stipend is up to company decision as I saw 16k per month is was my classmate used to get as highest in our class.

Placements I can rate as above average. Infosys, Accenture, Wipro, Bosch, Delloit, Cerner many more. But one concern is percentage cut off there are very limited companies which don't ask for minimum cut off requirements.

Department fests are sponsored, Akanksh is our department fest and parichay and pantion are college level fest. Encourages students interests. Events conducted are indoor games, cricket, cultural activities, ramp walk, inter college level dance and mime compitation etc.

Competitively better than other colleges. As I selected from PGCET cell the additional fee is minimal apart from university fees for me around 2.25 lakhs for 3 years. For management students it will be around 4.5 to 5 lakhs for 3 years. Hostel fees are separate.

No idea. Gives cash awards for toppers. Made Available for applying government provided scholarships for different categories. And in fee structure there will be breakdowns.

As a whole it got good opinion no major issues regarding above mentioned. Campus is huge we got cricket ground, temple, gym, sit outs under tree shades even hostel is inside the campus it would be great for hostelates. Gender rations is almost equal it might be around 60:40 ratios.

Alumni will frequently visits and had good interactions. They sometimes comes with job offers. Now I am as an alumni frequently visit have conversations with lecturers and juniors. We will get invites for all the fests to keep in touch.

VTU conducts examinations questions pattern and previous year questions paper are available in library also you can get it on net .There will be 3 internals per semester best of 2 will be considered which makes scoring easier in final examinations.

Apt for their role, good teaching. Always you can share your concerns with head of the department and get it cleared if any. To mention few are really awesome with their way of teaching and conveying it to students. Lecturers will also be available after
