Likes

Mostly, i liked about the teaching and guidance procedure.
Respectful and well disciplined teacher and other staff.

Dislikes

Sometimes, there was unnecessary strike.
Misbehavior of the security guard inside the campus.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of B.com (Honours) was good enough to understand and to remember. The teaching quality of every teacher was easy and good. I would also like the teaching qualities of each department.

Class Size: 390Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Internships Opportunities

The internship provide by this company was very excellent. According to me, non other than except this college will provide the best internship package. When i was on B.com 3rd year the college provided an internship programme of an Power and Steel company (Bhusan Power and Steel Ltd.).

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The yearly fees of B.com 1st Year was around Rs:-3,500. The classroom was neat and clean. The teaching and non-teaching staff were very good and well disciplined and more friendly with the student to the environment.

Campus Life

My overall campus experience was good. The classroom,library, auditorium, playground etc. Were very good to be well educated and most of them were busy in the library to read books,issue of new books.

Admission

I have chosed this college because, this college have been well known over other college i have seen or heard about. The surroundings of this college is eco-friendly to the nature. So, that can be a part of mind refreshing.

Faculty

The teaching faculty was very good and most of them were friendly to the student. There are mainly total 6 semester and in each semester there were two exam i.e; internal and external. The exam were held in good and well disciplined way.

Our college is overall good one.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I have choose bachelor in Commerce. The reason I have choosen Commerce is that I have intrest in accounting and law. And I like doing accounting. This course also prepare us for banking exams. There is a gap.of 6 months in between each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This B.Com curriculum helps every basic individual how to manage money and also provides a path towards finance literacy. The subjects that B.Com has are so designed that the students get most benefit out of it and have experience how the things work in real world. Exams are conducted on timely basis and the exam papers are not too easy but medium and sometimes difficult. There is no default by any staff during exams .

Road to Excellence

Placement Experience:

From the 6th semester onwards students get eligible for campus placement. As I am a fresher I don't have much knowledge regarding campus placement, but what I have heard from my seniors is that various MNCs like Godrej and Asian Paints visits our campus. As I want to pursue an MBA I will not be working after my graduation.

Great college as compared to others college running in our university

Remarks:

It has many positive remarks but also some negative remarks. Negative remarks is in respect that some time some outsiders come to college ground for playing but that was not matter but sometimes the create noise which irretate us. Overall our college occupy a special niche in the galaxy of all the college running in our university.

Gangadhar Meher University Review

The admission process was really smooth in my opinion. The official website's interface was user friendly as well. It wasn't that daunting of a task to submit the required information. Moreover, the college staff was also very cooperative when it comes to any queries or issues regarding admission. The only thing that some people may complain about is the mark submission phase of the process. See the percentage is to be calculated out of all 6 subjects, not just the main 5. Many of the students including some of my own classmates committed this mistake while filling up the form. So that thing should be kept in mind while filling up the form. The university has it mentioned in their prospectus but still, It would be really helpful if they would display a small asterisk(*) or note on their website to alert the students. Also, if you have committed any mistake be sure to contact the admission help desk via email and explain the situation to them properly. They will surely help you out....Read More
