Likes

The faculty is verymuch well trained and the materials are good
The lab facility and the infrastructure is great
Crt training and inovation hub are booming and supportive

Dislikes

The campus is situated on the outskirts of the city
Hi risk zones in college with our signals and no near hospital
No stationary and Xerox shops which sometimes are important

Course Curriculum Overview

most of the syllabus is use full but some subjects are given out of box No daily applications and some are having total irrelevant topics and few subjects are made with huge syllabus whic cant be completed in an year

Placement Experience

From 3rd year 2ns semister stundents are sent to placements And crt is done from 2nd year only Sofar many companys like amazon dell Capgemini etc have appeared Highest package was 45lpa and average is around 2 Almost 70% of the students get placement I am planning to go abroad

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee is only 153385. And there are no internal fee There is an additional fee of 13000 for campus recruitment training program . The scolarships are available only who are backward sections or backward caste students

Yearly they conduct ciencia which is an 3day fest Ethinic day Dj night Expo Hackathorns etc Library has many books we can access through our id And cvr has a huge ground (cricket) There are 6 volleyball courts 1 basketball court and 2football courts Students run many clubs like rangamanch and newgenedc

Admission

I did apply to gitam and klu both are hostles and i didnt appply for cvr at first I got admission in klu but my dad payed huge amount as a donation and took a seat i this college Cvr was chosen above klu only because of the placements and cvr is under jntu To take admission in our college either u write tseamcet or jee mains

Each year has 2 senisters each semister is of 16weeks And each sem has an sem end exam of 60marks each subject And there are labs Each sem has 2mid exams each of marks 30 10marks are internal based on assignments and etc

Life at RIshi

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for placements from year 4. The companies that usually visit are TCS, Capgemini and MMC etc. The college supports students by providing both technical and non technical jobs and any other uncoventinal career support upon request. Good college to join for study

Placement Experience:

So coming to placements they will provide good no. of placements if we have skills and keen of intrest to learn new things and grab oppurtunities. Also our colleg has NACC and NBA accredation there will be more companies approaching our college and taking students for placements and trainging. TP CELL will give its 100% in placements pushes students forward for various trainings and placements. Basically placement starts froms 3-2 mostly form 4-1 where students go to attend interviews and attend exams. companies like Infosys, Wypro, My schools, Infotech, and many MNC's. every year almost 150-200 students will be selected for placements. average package will be 3.0 - 4.5LPA and the highest package is 7.5LPA . their package is decided by companies according to the role they applied and thier level of skill. 45- 50% of the students will be selected for the placements. My plans after getting the degree: If i got selected in placement its well and good i will proceed further with the placement i got incase if didnt get placed i will try of the jobs and then shortly start a business.

College review: Pros, Cons and reality.

Placement Experience:

During 3-1 , we get only one internship i.e JPMC offering 75,000 per month which is of 3-month internship. Thhis year it took around 16 students. through coding round, hire vue interview and the hackathon process. I was selected to hackathon but sadly due to communication skills lack, I was not selected as intern , although I passed coding round, hire vue interview and entered hackathon. From 4-1 onwards we get placement oppurtunities like Deloitte, Chubb, oracle, DE Shaw, etc companies visit and offer good package only.

The placements in our college are very good the highest package which we got in our college this year is around 18 lpa and the lowest package offered is around 3 to 3.5 lpa and the average package is around 4.5 lpa a lot of companies come to our college to conduct the placement drive as we have campus recruitment training from our first year it makes it a bit easier to face the interview some of the companies that visit our college are mandatory cognizant TCS Accenture Infosys Wipro HCL ADP the placement drive starts when you are in your 4th year 1st semester or at the end of your third year second semester

See yes during my EAPCET councelling I don't know about this cvr college of engineering, its infrastructure, greenary , courses , placements . Were the first college is got is geetanjali college of engineering, but almost after such research I saw that it is not better than cvr college so for the second round i changes and make it to cvr .
