Curriculum in every college teaches the same basic topics required for students to understand the real world applications. Our college also teaches the same basic requirements but they give chances for students to know about the realworld problems and solve them by making students do mini projects on real world problems as each subject assignment and make us give seminars, write project analysis for better progress. Each exam is scheduled on completion of 2 mnths. Practicing of the class discussed problems makes the exam less difficult to write.

Our college has collaboration with many different companies for students to get placements of an average of 8Lpa to 12Lpa. From 6th semester students get eligible for campus placements Students have been placed in the best organizations like Cognizant, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, Virtusa, Applabs, IBM, Wipro, TCS, Accenture, APPS ASSOCIATE, NTT Data, Value Labs, Byjus, EPAM, Technovert, OPEN TEXT, Mphasis, Kia Motors, Tupid, Jaro Education, Patni Computers, SQLStar, AMR Infosys, DELL, CFC International, Sutherland, Unitech, CMC, Hexaware, Infotech, CSC etc. GCET students are selected in ISRO, Infosys, TCS, Accenture, Mahindra Satyam, Vikram Sarabhai Space Research Centre, Gulf Oil Corporation Limited, Reddy Labs & other Chemical, Varnish and Pharmaceuticals, Wipro BPO, Infosys BPO etc. Avg package is 8lpa-12lpa Highest package is 24lpa-42lpa Percentage to get placed is 7.5CGPA and more. My plan after getting graduated is to opt for a cybersecurity analyst role in overseas companies.

A friend of mine availed management quota of Rs.4,00,000 excluding yearly fee Also my SC batchmate availed free seat excluing semester examination fee of Rs. 1800 Academic year 2019-20 merit scholarship of amount Rs.10,000/- each is awarded for students from B.tech (ECE,CSE,EEE,ME&CE) of 1st, 2nd,3rd,4th yr and MBA students

Btech 1st yr-freshers day after a month of joining Traditional days on festive occasions like Sankranti, Dushhera, Bhathukamma Dhandiya nights on few days before navrathri outside campus. Annual day and DJ night after 1 mnth of an odd semester. Farewell party on last working day before graduation ceremony. There are wide of books, journals, magazines related to technology and few on other aspects. Each class room has a digital board and a cctv surveillance. 2 sports periods every week, with provided necessary equipments for each indoor and outdoor sports. We have social media portal only for students making it helpful to interact with all our campus fellowmates.

I applied to all top 20 colleges in hyderabad. I got confirmed admission in Geethanjali College of Engineering and Technology based on my Eamcet OBC reservation rank. I got rejected in all the other top 19 colleges as my rank was not enough to avail the seat in those colleges. Admissions are based on the reservations and management seats. EAMCET exam is most preferred for applying a reservation seat. 40 out of 160 marks in EAMCET 60 out of 200 marks in ECET 40 out of 160 marks in ICET All examinations are conducting by State Government In case of Management seats, the government specified that the candidates should qualify the EAMCET exam or obtain 50% marks in qualifying exam.

Every teacher has an intertive session with the students. Faculty are most eager for students to come up and ask questions. Faculties I most liked: 1. Sudha ma'am- c language lecturer She used to explain every single concept in a detailed manner and make it understand easier. She used to have regular chats with us in class and let us know about her journey till here and also what we should do to move forward in our career. Faculties I didn't like: 1. Padmaja ma'am- Electrical engineering lecturer She explains every well but follows a strict time schedule and students who didn't follow were punished 2. Sreelakshmi ma'am- java lecturer She was our cse course HOD, and used to take all our free periods to complete the syllabus making it difficult to understand and concentrate on the subject due to long sessions without break We have 2 mid subjective examination and 2 mid lab examination and 1 semester examination each semester. Questions in exams are most similar ques discussed in class.
