Likes
- Library is good enough, you are allowed from 7am to 11pm. Almost each book and journal is available.
- Large infrastructure, good campus, atm,bank,post office facilities are there. Hostels are also good
- Practical sessions are best. Experienced faculty members.
Dislikes
- Office section's staff behaviour is nor good. They behave you as you are living on their mercy.
Course Curriculum Overview
Good infrastructure, good placement, can learn many other skills like coding, Internet of things, robotics. Yes if any one can survive in Sarang he can surely survive every where in India. Because the college teaches the life. Some new permanent staff should join. Every 5-6 months there is a semester.
Placement Experience
For btech from 7th semester, for msc and mca from 3rd semester students are eligible for placements. L&T visited but offered job only to girls last year. Highest package 20lakh 60-70% students get placement whose career marking is above 60% Now I consider phd as a best option
Fees and Financial Aid
Per year admission fees is 32700 and in first year examination fees is 7200. No other fees is needed, all fees are in this. Only examination fees is to be paid separately. Only self financing course btech in CSE and ETC is 80000. NSP gives per year 40000. Emedhabruti gives 20000 in two year. Post matric scholarship gives 13000 per year.
Campus Life
Horizon in the month of may. Eclectica in april. Cumica, cosmito, in January and February. Annual sports in December. 90000 books and journals are accessible. Smart board, speakers, podium are installed along with white board. Provides coaching for kabbadi, badminton, cricket, volleyball, football and martial arts. Umed music group, drishya photo and videography group, codex crew coding group, anonymous dance group are there. Social service guild is there, ncc, nss are also here.
Admission
I have applied for OUTR but i did not take admission. Here i get admission. This college is in a good location. Sound distance from the town. All facilities are good. Anti ragging committee is strong. No i didn't get rejection. For btech JEE main, for lateral entry btech OJEE, for MCA OJEE, for msc Direct mark selection procedure is followed
Faculty
For each department of betch for 150 students there are 30 faculties. In msc for 18 students there are 5 faculties. Dr Binod Bihari is HOD of chemistry department. I think he is the best person in the campus. He has a very grounded personality. He is calm, quite, knowledgeous and helpful. Dr BD Sahoo, Himanshu sir, Chitta sir, dr Subhrajit mahunta, dr sasmita jena are best in the campus. I don't like mr rajib lochan sahoo because he flirts to each and every girl. Don't like dr bb choudhary his communication skill is worst. Per year two semester are there, I think the question level is moderate. 1-4 people get failed in exam.
