Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

It is an integrated course , so it is advantageous in a way that people don't have to first do graduation and opt the law . They can choose this integrated course of 5 years. It starts from the basic for the beginners

Internships Opportunities

4

Last year, CID internship was offered. 4 th year students were asked to fill out the forms and had to give a general exam . And they had to appear in viva . Also CBI offered the internships to 3rd year students which was paid internship

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

1st year to 3rd year = 34000 + registration fee 1200 4th year = 37000 It is increasing and in every alternate semester we have to pay the registration fee like in 2nd sem =1100 , 4th year =1200, 6 th year =1300

Campus Life

3.5

My overall experience with this college is going good. Teachers are good and friendly. They help at every step. They enhance oir knowledge in every aspect possible. I have enjoyed a lot till now in every context.

Admission

I took the admission in this college during the phase of covid 19. I don't have any other option at that time to go out of state . In my district it is the only University that offers law. Also , it is government owned college

Faculty

3.5

We have to appear in semester exams only which happens once in a semester. We have exams of 100 marks for 4 subjects . And one subject has 80 marks + 20 marks for viva . This is theoretical+ practical exam

Course Curriculum Overview:

Choosing this course was not because of any specific reason it was just because I wanted to a law student and I love studying law and I want to become a lawyer. The curriculum of academics and studies that is provided by our college is excellent and there is nothing to with the curriculum because it is well managed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is not that relevant, as i said more emphasis on non-law subjects, the curriculum itself does not prepare us from real world, as they ask us to do internships in the last semester only. And dont give us any chance to do more research independently on the name of "shortage". They should divide Cr.Pc, Property, C.pc, company law in 2 semsters and some other provisions for smart classes and real life educational/court tours should be organised. The frequency and timing of exams is inconsistent, wasted 6 months in our first year.. i.e our batch is 6 months behind our peers studying in other universities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The BA LLB course is imparted for a period of 5 years with 10 semesters in toto and 2 semesters per year. This saves almost 1 year of students who are keen to persue law degree as the course of LLB after graduation is for a period of 3 years (i.e. 3 years minimum of graduation and 3 years of LLB). Hence, this aspect of the course influences a lot if people to opt for this course. In this curriculum, weekly continuous assessments are conducted and a moot court practical is conducted at the end of each semester thereby preparing the students to fit in the real practical world in relation to their field. Apart from these positives, a lot of cons can also be felt i.e. the university does not impart online education even in this era when the whole world is a grobal village. The courses take much more time to complete than prescribed. Many of the subjects on law in particular which are very important are not taught during the BA LLB course and finally the teachers still apply the old methods

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course is very good and it is relevant for me, I have taken this course after thorough thought. The faculty is very well talented and willing to answer every time any student asks them, the facilities are well educated with a lot of degrees, the teaching process is also good although the infrastructure is of not that level yet we get the topics easily terminal examinations are conducted after six months, the answer sheet checking is very strict and limited students are able to pass all their subjects

As you pass your 6 semesters you are eligible for placements. A lot of companies and firms are visited in college and provide a package of 3 lakh to 5 lakh. At least 50% of students get placements and I also get a placement in a law firm.
