I wanted to pursue hotel management, So i saw that the college have 100% placement rate also they used to encourage students for more completion. Timing are 9 Am to 5 PM for the classes including practical and theoretical both

About internship there are lots of companies even apart from college you can contact any company by your own and college will support you to go there. Also, there are options to do internship from Other countries also. There are some popular companies who used to come for internship purpose: Taj Hotels, ITC hotels, Oberoi hotels, Radisson hotels, Novotel hotels, Hyatt Regency, Leela Palace and much more

In second or third semester you will get the internship and then in fifth semester company's start to come for placement recruitment, Average offer is 4-5 LPA and the highest is 6-7 LPA, there is 100% Placement record of college.

There are three years for this course of hotel management in which for first year i paid the college fee of 1lac 18 thousand, In second year i paid 1 lac 22 thousand and In third year I'll pay 1 lac 28 thousand. Registration fee is 20000 which done after entrance exam. There was admission fee of 1500, tuition fee was 32000, Activity fee was 500, Medical exam fee was 300, Brochure and calendae fee was 200, Magazine fee was 50 , Internal exam fee was 400, Id card fee was 300, Caution fee was 6500, NCHM exam fee was 2500, Environment fee was 20 Medical insurance fee was 1238, Uniform fee was 7000, Kitchen kit fee was 2750, Record book fee was 600, so total amount was 660000. The Fee amount is same for all the categories ( This fee details is only for first year). There are scholarships available in college but according to the category (SC/ST).

The fests we used to have are fresher party, Farewell party obviously, apart from it onam, pongal, annual function, food fest also some small functions. Every type of book is available in library related to the course. classrooms are very basic and some classrooms are so good with Air conditioner. There are screen with projector in every class. Every month atleast two or three extra curricular activities used to happen in college or behalf of college. Students also used to go other colleges for the activities. We also used to get chance to play sports as competition games or practice also. Mostly students are in any one club and for that nothing is leaving any bad impact on student life

Facilities provided in the hostel room are so basic. with the fees of 80000 ( in 2024) they're giving a room with three beds ( obviously sharing room) with three small cupboards, two table and chairs and a fan. Hostel is not in very good condition most of the time there are water problem, electricity cutoff and much more. Meam quality is not good they use excessive oil in food and forgot to use spices and salt, Also sometimes in the food use can see the insects also. Registration process is so simple for the hostel you just have to ask in the office for the hostel form and then fill that. nearest locality is kanagam, after that there's thiruvanmiyur and adyar also. Currently I'm staying in 1BHK in kanagam, But i stayed one and half in hostel.

I didn't opt for any other college. but i saw that this college is actually good. The admission process is simple you have to give entrance exam of NCHMCT JEE. And after that in counselling you have to chose IHM CHENNAI , after that you have to register yourself there only and then the process will go on in college.

Faculty to student ratio is quite fine its like on 60 students there are two faculty. Relation with facilities is actually good they are so approachable.I like sharmila ma'am and vinodini ma'am most and then senthil chef, wasim sir, Priya ma'am they all are senior lecturers and they have a lot of experience and with that experience they are treating the students with love and make them study in the way which don't make feel bore at all. There are mid term examination and semester examination apart from that there are University exam also. college exam is quite difficult but University exam is easy.
