Course Curriculum Overview

I came to this college through the kCET which is the entrance exam for all the Karnataka students. The every exams will be held in every month of the course and external exam will be held for a month.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 90000 per year

Internships Opportunities

The college provide many internship opportunities Qspider, juspay, Jspider,Deltax, luminous and Infosys. These are the companies that our college get internship opportunities. And they are also good companies for the internship opportunities

Fees and Financial Aid

The yearly fee for the management is 1lakh for a year and for the students from kcet the fees will be as per the kcet fees no extra fee will be taken from the college. The scholarship will be available for the students both the management and kcet students. The scholarship name is SSP from this students will get 20k per year.

Campus Life

Our college also organize a fest for a week. All the games and extracaricular activities wil be arranged and students will have a lots of fun in the college during this festival in the college.And the college festival name is Aakruthi.

Hostel Facilities

The college hostel is very neat and rooms are very spacious with attached washrooms.And food in the hostel is very good than other and the college hostel provide totally veg food it is very beneficial for vegetarians.

Hostel Fee: INR 72000 per year

Admission

I came to this college through kcet. And our college is best than other colleges because it is very beautifull in the nature. And very peacefull place completely while compare to other colleges. I didn't get rejection from other colleges

Faculty

The faculty members are average in the college.There are also some faculty members who have lot of knowledge. The exam system is will 3 internals and 1 external exam .Internals are held by college and externals are held by the board VTU.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Nitte: My review on my college

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Placement Experience:

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

A moderate college

College is literally not in Bangalore, if you are staying somewhere in Central or south Bangalore,better not to opt for this. Really long distance and buses here are full like hell, roads are also dangerous. Better to opt for some good colleges near bangalore...Read More
