They had good very good celebrating the culture with the cultural programmes. lectures are totally involved it, and they will also enjoy the program. they had so many sports too gym area too and national level competitions too

Admission

I had applied in another commerce college which belongs to Mysore University only, but I got seat here and easily admitted in one day. I had choose this college because it has only girls in all college as students. so many courses available here, overall Mysore, there is such a option in any other colleges, they have more than 200 courses in arts only they don't conduct any exams for entrance. They will just consult you with the marks that you got in previous years and courses with suitable course, will suit you and good for you. They will help you to select.

Placement Experience:

The university does have a placement team which faculy and student led. Studnets become eligible for placements towards the end of their fourth year - last semeter. Approximately 100-150 NGO's come to campus for recruiting. The university does not promote private firms for placement but students can apply indivitually. The average pay is 20 Lakh per year. Many students after undergraduation opt for higher studies, so is my plan. But most of the master's students opt for placement and 98% - 99% get placed into NGO in top positions. I plan to pursure a masters degree after my undergraduation, preferably in economics.

Placement Experience:

After the 2nd year, you are offered the option to register for placements. Various companies like Goldman Sachs, EY and NGOs like TeachForIndia visit the college yearly for placements. I am not very aware of the placement scenario in the college as I am planning on pursuing my masters immediately after college and hence, am not looking to get placed. The placement cell in the college is very functional however, and give time-to-time updates about placements and internship opportunities.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Psychology course curriculum is great. It's interesting and informational and you also get practical learning Optional English i regret choosing because it's not what i expected it to be. There's a lot of reading to be done and you have to be regular. the teachers don't really do a good job of making the subject interesting. there's 2 sets of exams mid sem is 25 marks end sem is 60 difficulty level - easy-medium

Course Curriculum Overview:

course curriculum is very good. definitely includes what all has to be learnt as first year students but teachers can certainly make it more interesting and include more practical lessons and make students go out and do field work as assignments. but the course gives enough preparation for real world but can definitely do more.

We get to learn many things not because of just the syllabus and courses but also because of the national and international conferences that are held in our college. People from other colleges come in and share their knowledge with us. This experience is really good for us students. We even have expert lectures from our alumnis who give us advice on what all is required in the world outside college to earn. All these are really helpful.

Placement Experience:

From beginning of the semesters students are being trained for the placements through soft skills training, resume building sessions and mock interviews. Majorly form third semester, students are meant to primarily focused upon placements. Amazon, Flipkart, Wipro, Infotech, Infosys, and more than 300 gratified companies comes each year in intervals for recruitment. Various packages will be offered to students starting from 10 lakh per annum to 50 lakhs per annum. Nearly 50-60% students get placements there. And i m opting for higher education hence I would not be focused on placements much.
