- Good facilities, really teaches student and give individual attention in class too
- Good infrastructure , as it was just built in 2021, the infrastructure is top notch and no complaints about it.
- Papers are being checked anonymously, one’s paper can be checked by any teacher in any campus, so no chance of partiality
Dislikes
- 80% strict attendance criteria other they would not allow to sit in exam
- Passing criteria is 40% and grading system is also bery difficult, two D grade is 1 F and more than 2F could lead to year repeat year, not even semster
- Alot of assigments, really hectic at times
Course Curriculum Overview
It is quite revelant comparing it to other government college, however we are still taught few subjects that has no revelance in our curicular. Teaching methods are good we are provided ppts and yt lectures by our teachers only and also the teacger teaches good in class.
Internships Opportunities
Many studnets got placed in internships witn such as tipro, CSIO and many other main work was to mangment and technical support and we even have tie up with tcs , getting an internship is secured u are highly to get an internship here
Placement Experience
We have avergae package of 12 lpa and 57lpa highest, i am not aware of how mqny placed. As such i have plan to get placed but if things didnt go out as planed then mba or mtech maybe. Our campus just opened recently so there is no much information but our placements are central that means, companies visting mumbai have to visit us too, and u can refer mumbai campus placement for our campus because its counted on central level and not varries campus to campus
Fees and Financial Aid
I am currently paying 2,50,000 inr per year and appox 11 lacs for whole 4 year degree. Registerion fees was 10,000inr and the admission form to apply online is 2000inr. There is no reservations nor any other qouta or anything. The selection is purely based on merit basis.
Campus Life
Campus life is alright, come get to classes go back, clubs are limited only and mostly coding or cultrual based, however coding culture is good and seniours really helps us. Sports are alright we have a maych of cricket or football once in 1 week
Admission
Brand value, Nmims brand value is no doubt best, i was getting teir 2 govt/pvt college core and teir 3 cse, however i applied here and seats were vacant here so i got a seat(good luck se mili). Nmims had its own exam and also take admission through jee based. Cutoff depends year to year
Faculty
faculty Student ratio is 1:70 and relation is quite good, they really focuses on teaching and sometiemes we feel that we are still in teaching. Exams are really moderate and 4 type of exams are held in a semster, however passing criteria is 40% which could be a little difficult, and no partiality as teacher would not see any kind of information of student while checking the paper
