- Long study hours and mandatory attendance criteria is quite hard for far living Dayscholars.
- Campus can be much bigger than what it is right now.
- Few times particular subject exams like Maths and Physics can be hard to pass for little academically weak students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Currently AI-ML is the talk of the decade and I chose this field cause I was passionate about AI from start. The Curriculum prepares you well but you will need a good amount of self effort in trying things to be a good fit in the industry. (facilities will help you a lot even if you come to them with off syllabus topics you want to learn) I would suggest to drop the mandatory attendance criteria or make it more lenient and reduce break hours between classes. The frequency of exams is very well fitted never overstressing students or never keeping them out of loop from studying for too long.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees for the whole of course is (?1,81,900(Course fees per year) +?7000(per year))*4= ?7,55,600. The fees structure remains consistent for all your years of graduation. My full of fee is being paid by government (except Exam fees) under my SC freeship Card Scholarship Scheme.
Campus Life
The Campus social life is amazing. There are not really any toxic people or behavior. There are a number of clubs including dance, drama, music, etc. But i don't have time for any. There is a great event there called Aspire you should check that out its great. There are dozens of student run social groups and they are all quite appreciated by faculties
Admission
Honestly I chose this college because of the vibes I get here. They are all forward thinking capitalist minded people. I don't have much to compare and contrast as honestly University doesn't make much of a difference for me a as I am a quite self studying scholar. No I was not rejected from other colleges I applied too. I have an idea that we accept ACPC, JEE and NRI quota students but I am not sure of details
Faculty
The Faculty to student ratio is 1 to 8. All the faculties are quite approachable they will even help if they are not assigned to teach your class. I have not come across a single faculty that I particularly disliked. The curriculum include internal and external exams. Internal marks depend upon one Midterm examination and continuous study evaluation done by faculties in a variety of ways including either weekly tests, assignments, projects etc. The exams I feel are a bit harder than average to Crack.
Other Applied Colleges
L.D. College of Engineering - [LDCE] | Bachelor of Engineering [BE] (Computer Engineering)
For 3 reasons 1).better Growth Opportunities. 2). Private board enables more freedom of choice in subjects as you can also add credits in your degree if you do any external courses online as such. 3).My type of environment (finance minded people)
