the creative thinking, planningand art are some of the aspects that influenced me to choose this course. The cirriculum is not just restricted to the syllabus but also provides a 6 month time period for internship programmes. It may focus on the real time challenges faced, how to do practice, how to manage with the clients etc. The exams are generally held twice or thrice depending on the subject and the prof and i would say the exams are not very difficult if one follows the curriculum properly scheduled.

Students can become eligible in their 8th semester which is also called PPO (Pre Placement Offer) where the number of students getting placed are very low or the students can get their placements in their 10th semester. L&T, Sanjaypuri architects, Zaha Hdid architects are the few companies that I know. In general there are 10-20 offers made. The highest package offered is 18LPA and average is 5.5LPA as per the latest data. 78-85 percent students get placed and the other 15 percent opt for further studies. Currently I'm not sure with my plan but I may do master degree.

1. Festember-Cultural fest generally held in the mid September 2. NITTFEST-Interdepartmental cultural fest generally held in the mid of March or starting of April. 3. Pragyan-Technical fest generally held in the middle of july 4. Sportsfete-interdepartmental sports fest generally held in the beginning of September. There are wide range of books available of every topic in the CENTRALLIBRARY. In fact, it is one of the biggest library among all NIT's and IIT's. There is free and comfortable seating provided in the classroms with two seperate boars one dedicated for the chalk and one for the projector. There is provision of seperate indoor and outdoor spots complex, working swimming pool, gym, cricket ground, football & basketball grounds along with cafeterias and shops. There is Students council in the collage which is a body connecting students and admin.

I have appied for SPA Delhi, NIT Calicut, SPA Vijayawada along with NIT Trichy being my first priority and I was able to get confirmed seat in all the colleges but the reason why I've taken NIT Trichy is because it the only college which stands top not only in architecture but also in engineering which will help me to build more contacts and it is near to my place. 2. As I told I was getting into all top colleges but due to few reasones I regret others. 3. The first step to get into our college is only through JEE examination in which one needs to clear the exam with good amount of percentile/score and the further admission is done through JoSSA (government online seat allocatio body) and the further notices are posted on the collage mail or website. The overall admssion is very simple and online mode (if all your documents are prepared and real) .

the total number of facilities in our department are around 50. The relationship between faculty and student is quite good, patience and friendly. My favourite faculty are prof. Lakshya sir, prof. Sangeetha mam and others coz they are very knowledgable amd patience. scholar nuthaana mam coz she never come to the class. The number of examination depends on the subject in some we have 2 and some 3 and zero for studio subs. the average number of students failed is around 3-5. the course cirriculm is quite good and intresting except for few subjects.
