IIT BHU- Maintaining legacy of IIT's

IIT BHU ranked 9th among IIT's. For my rank, it is a very good college. Other 8 IIT's are better than this, but I can't make into them. Admission in my college is through JOSSA councelling based on JEE advanced rank.

I gave JEE advanced and got a rank of 9106. We all know IIT's are very prestigious college, so I choose IIT BHU and got this course. Also I have interest in civil services, for this it is a very good option. Difficulty level of exams vary for subjects to subjects. But exams are relatively on a tougher side.

From 3rd year, people get internship oppurtunities and can get a PPO. Main placements for all students are in 4th year. Many big companies like google, amazon, tcs and many more visits in our campus. Almost all students get placed and highest package is around 1.3 cr and average is around 19 lpa.

Kashiyatra, Technex, FMC weekend, Saturnalia, E-summit, Spardha are the ones. Library is very big and comes in the one of the biggest library in india. There are various clubs like E-cell, COPS, Quant,SNTC, MUN, Mascarades, Buiseness club etc.

There are many hostels in the campus and in the room they provide us beds, cupboards, table , chair,, lamp, wifi and many more. Meal is good. We have a proper menu and we get food 3 times a day, food is unlimited.

around 1:10 There are 2 midsems and 2 endsems in a year and can be passed easily, if you are consistent. Course structure is very relevant and around 5-7% fails. Attendance requirement is 75%, and it is strict.
