Remarks

I would say they should improve the canteen a lot and library space a bit other than that it's pretty fine In my opinion and people who seriously want to study will have a great time here for other party people it might not.

Entrance Preview

MHT-CET score 99/200 the enthusiasm for cars led me to this field of automobile engineering the college was close to my house so I opted for this college instead of going to others.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very interesting you never feel bored in the whole course and the faculty are very interested in making student learn.

Internships Opportunities

College didn't provide us any opportunities for internships we ourselves had to search out for internships and I did one in railway workshop which was quiet informative.

Placement Experience

This is bit of an issue for automobile engineers in mumbai the whole industry has shifted to pune so the recruitment is not good for automobile engineering students.

College Events

A techno cultural event named ambrosia is held every year with some best events like pro biking and dj night others competitions are cool too overall a good event.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are moma's scholarship available giving upto rs 25000 per year this personally never availed any of them.

Campus Life

Campus life is very average here 70-30 boys to girls ratio being a muslim institution many practices are debarred cultural societies are of no use here labs are very decent to learn mostly muslim students are admitted because of Muslim minority of 50% intake overall campus life is pretty average not for the party parinda.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni were very good and helpful whenever we asked for relations are very good due to events like baja and supra aerosouls too.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement of this college is average, average package is 4.5 lpa most of the students are eligible from semester 7 The companies like Capgemini, Accenture, mind space, LTI, siemens, eclerx ,etc visited to college campus. The moderate college of engineering in pune , with moderate fees and good environment.

Placement Experience:

the placement structure of this college is mainly on the tech branches. the placement varies betweem 3 to 5 lakhs on average, annually but if are choosing core branches like mechanical, civil or electrical or entc then you can expect low from it. College do offers insdustry obesrvation and siteseeing tours. These activities are for core branch students. the companies visited in college are TCS, WIPRO, INFOSYS, for IT sector and core branches companies like BOSCH, ULTRATECH CEMENT, TATA TECHNOLOGIES , do visit for campus recruitment. The highest package was placed by a student of 45 lakhs in 2022 and another student of 22 lakhs. the percentage of placement for 2024 batch was about 70% to 72% for overall placement record. after getting degree i will persue the job in pune and stay updated on ladakh civil job vacancies.

i had seen Companies visiting like Entrata, Airtel, Honeywell etc..... Highest package till now for currently year is 15 lacks. I had also seen students who are doing interships and are placed there only.

SIT is best engineering college of Pune!!

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.
