Course Curriculum Overview

4

Bcom financial market course is really good as it includes stock market future of the India it gives as the knowledge of financial market financial system financial services you tend to know more about financial market and what is going in the country and world

Internships Opportunities

2.5

Company like Wipro , delite and many more companies come in the college but the internship and placement and not giving according to their course IT students are given sales job which is not at all acceptable during admission they tell about internship and placements but it is all fraud no good internship or placements is provided sone students get placements but not all students get placements the placements ratio is low in this college teachers help to prepare for the interview but then to the placement cell is not that good compared to HR college

Placement Experience

1.5

After 3rd semester students are eligible for internship there is a internship cell but students say that they don't have a good internship they just say but don't provide internship IT students are given sales job this type of placement is given by Vidyalankar

Fees and Financial Aid

I guess compare to other colleges the fees is quite high 45000 thousand for a year is too high all other colleges have a fees of 30-35 k for bcom financial market and I don't think is 45000k in this college is worth it you can go to have other good college

Campus Life

3.5

I have a bad experience regarding all this as most of the crowd is Marathi and they don't talk to other caste people library is good books are provided there there are many extracurricular activities in the campus which you can do in clubs of social groups if you have contacts with the seniors then only you can have a peaceful experience or else they will give you a lot of work there are many events oraganised in Vidyalankar and faculties tell every student to take part in one of the event for the extracurricular activities and to enhance their confidence

Admission

I thought Vidyalankar infrastructure is good and faculties and supportive helpful and has ok good reputation I have applied to HR college of commerce but couldn't get the admission because of low Percantage the admission process in this college is very easy and the staff is supportive too but I don't like the crowd here I want to get admission in HR college because it is one of the best college in commerce including placements and all but I don't think so vidyalan Is that good HR college has best reputation regarding everything but the negative point is it is not affiliated to Mumbai university it has Hsnc university and HR college fees is too high normal middle class person cannot afford it I got admission in BMS in KC college but due to high fees couldn't go there KC college BMS fees is way to high 92000 compare to all other colleges

Faculty

3.5

Course Curriculum Overview:

The B.com is not a very comprehensive and complex degree to complete for someone who wants to pursue his/her career in finance. It can be referred as an initial start or push start for one's finance journey over the years. Also the relevance of B.com in real world is gradually decreasing day by day.

Placement Experience:

From semester 5, you become eligible for final placement and semester 3 for internship placement. many companies like Nykaa, Myntra, Duetsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Deloitte, Zomato, Beerbiceps and more have visited. the highest package in history is 38 lakh per annum. The average is 8-9 lakh per annum. Around 70% of students get the college placement. My plan is to start my own business after college. I am although doing internships through college. Already done one in Beerbiceps and one in chorus call.

Placements in my college are decent but not very high. students usually become eligible from the final year and few companies visit for roles like accounting assistant, sales, customer service. The average package is usually around Rs.2LPA-Rs.3LPA.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Due to NEP the course has been more developed to the students and teachers also explain the topocs to us very clearly and the thing should be change that the timing of the paper are at morning time which is at 7:30am it should be 10 or 10:30 because this time the students get late to the paper and didnt get time to prep.

Course Curriculum Overview:

One of the key aspects of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the B.Com course at Sydenham College was its strong foundation in core commerce subjects such as Accounting, Economics, Business Law, and Finance. The structured progression from basic to advanced concepts, along with exposure to subjects like taxation and auditing, made the program particularly appealing for students aiming for careers in finance, CA, CS, or management.

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.
