Course curriculum is overall better then other colleges. As we have studied some courses in our first year Whereas that course is being taught in the second year in other colleges. Such as, web development, statistics,etc. as I am looking for an internship to enhance my web development skills. The web development curriculum in our course influenced me to choose this course. The facilities design the curriculum for each language on the basis of current requirements of industry and they try to prepare us to tackle industry-level problems. No need for improvement. What I found in this 1 and half year they need to improve their academic timetable. Many students always complaints about shifting their college timing in the morning. Due, to lack of lecture room it can't be possible. I request you to make a proper timetable. And do not frequently postpone the exam date.

I have choosen the Bachelor of Science (Computer Science).In our sies college of Arts Science & Commerce. The annual fee for the First year was 38335rs. last year which includes tution fee 20000rs., library fee 600rs, laboratory fee 4500rs, Gymkhana fee 400rs., exam fee 2300rs., marksheet 300rs., disaster relief fund 10rs., magazine fee 100rs., ID & RT fee 50rs., group insurance 40rs., library deposit 250rs., laboratory deposit 400rs. The second year's fee is 43921rs which includes all the above things mentioned. This annual fee is for general caste or open caste students. There is no scholarship

Vision is our annual festival and along with this each events also have their own events like Computer Science has 'Ziegers'. This festivals is typically held in middle of January February. Library is my favourite place in my college the peacefulness in the library attracts me to sit there. All types of books are available and college magazines, previous year 's exam papers and many more. In each classroom we have projector facilities, some class rooms are big and some are small, there is no facility of Air conditioner in all lecture rooms but all the Computer labs are the best. The Gymkhana committee offers the sport events recently we celebrated the nation sports day in our college. And there are courses like yoga, dance, music, arts & crafts, NSS, NCC , etc. in extracurricular activities where we can take part and this all are very interesting. I must say, you should take part in it. Rotract club is student social club run by students.

I had applied for pillai college, SIES college, nerul branch, Swami Vivekananda College, SIES College Sion Branch. Then, I got seat allotted letter from SIES COLLEGE Sion, then I took addmission. I never got rejected from any other colleges but, when I got the allotted letter I found that this college has a 4.5 rating in terms of teaching, placement and it is near to home also. That's why I have taken addmission here. Addmission process is offline you have to go to the college counter for addmission process and the cutoff is above 60% in fourth round and in first round it is near 80%. They don't require any entrance as such. When we came for the addmission they demanded demand and draft (dd) as an addmission fee.

The ratio of faculty is good and they are approachable too. The faculty take care of every students as there's own child. They try to slove each and every problem of students. I liked all the facilities and there teaching methods how they support students. Except our Head of the department (HOD) Mr.Manoj Singh, he always makes trouble for us firstly his lectures are unexpected. He always discusses the real-life problems no doubt he is the best teacher but when he start talking about real-life problems and their solutions he continues his lectures upto 5hrs. Which is the saddest thing.
