I like the way of teaching of faculties to the students.

One thing I don't like is that college intent towards seniors students
And another thing is that placement issue
College campus is too short and lab shortage

Course Curriculum Overview

My family background is almost defence sector but form initially I have lot of interest in computer so as time I developed lot of interest in computer engineering.and one thing that college should change is its intention towards seniors.

TCS are the company that visited in our college last week and hired approx 50 students and also Gillette gaurd company organized seminar on our college and gave Gillette gaurd gift hampers to each and every students

Placement Experience

My college placement for btech students are descent and for me placement dosent matter because I have to prepare for my ARFAT 2028 so I've decided that I will do my btech degree as well as my AFCAT preparation

Fees and Financial Aid

Annual fees for first year btech program is 135000.in second year it decreases upto 120000 and it continues to 4th year and my category is obc then I will get scholarship around 50000.my batchmates also pay same fees structure as me.but some of them are fee waveir.

Campus Life

My overall campus experience iss descent and visited hotels,parks,gym and etc in college campus,also I issued lot of books from library and I also joined college cultural council and in freshers party I take participation in ramp walk.

Admission

I choose rkgit because many of my seniors are already doing btech and mba from here the I also decided to take admission in this collage and also it's facility is too good especially for fresher's. So I coose this collage for my btech.

Faculty

One teacher I like most is that Dr.Sanjay singh who is mathematics faculty at rkgit college and I have 5 theory subjects and 4 practical.external exam has 70 marks weightage and practical+internal has 130.

The Placement In all the Branch is really impressive except civil branch , CSE & IT has offer per student placement of 2 to 3 Companies and average package of 5 to 6 lakh, while in ther branches 90% of student get placed with average package og 3.6 lakh , oly civil suffer in placement with only sucess rate og nearly 30%.

The placements of GCET are considered average to above average for a private college. The average usually looms around 5LPA. The highest CTC offered this year was 39 LPA by Autodesk. Around 70-80 percent students are placed every year.

Real Story of SCRIET

Placement Experience:

From the 8th semester onwards students became eligible for campus placements.They are only few companies come on our college and very few offers.The highesr paid package by an company to our college student is 40 lac per annum but the average package is 4.5 lac per annum.Only 10 percent of students get on campus placements.I will pursue M.Tech from any other university.

The placements are very bad in this college...the packages offered to students are very low...about 3lpa on average....number of offers recieved by students is also very less...around 20% students get placed that too at very less packages

curriculum is so outdated.. so it will not prepare us for the real world challenges that we are going to face in future.. course need to update according to now.. semester exams are happen here after four month only they do not even provide proper time for preparation..and sometimes exams are easy but sometimes exams are tricky

By the way ,the placement rate in this college of 95% for CSE .Almost all students in the college get placed in reputed companies and a minimum of 75% is required in the semesters for placement.The highest placement package in this college has reached 19 lakhs per years and the average package is around 3-4 lakh per year.Additionally students in this college also have the opportunity to interns as part of their academics experience.

I have choosed this college due to its location its come in ncr region and hte fees of the college is also less as compared to the other colleges other college fees is about 1,75,000 and above and this college has 1,35,000 in first year . its hostel fees is also less as compared to other which take up to 1,25,000 rupees and in this college we have to pay about 84,000 rupees annualy. college take admission through counselling by aktu and direct admission is also there . i applied for kiet also but got confirmed admission in rkgit. admission is taken through jee exams in which you have to participate in aktu counselling the admission experience is normal. the most exams preffered by the students is jee....Read More
