Positively a pollution free campus with green environment and eco-friendly surrounding. Good transportation facility is available for the college. Negative side some labs are in not good condition except that everything is fine.

As the institution offers courses for Civil, Mechanical, Computer science, Information science and Electronic and communication Engineering all the branches have well-trained lectures. As my opinion Civil engineering and Mechanical engineering department are Good in this institution.

Yes.BGSIT provides internship for all branches according to their requirements for different departments. For the present academic year, we undergo 15 days of the internship by the help of Certified Companies and Successful industrialist about software, present job requirement qualities, etc.

Placements for ECE, CSE, ISE and ME branches are Undercome this process. Reputation companies visit the college campus for the placements. A placement cell is established for training the students which help in their placement.

The college provides permission to conduct cultural fest and sports meet. A cultural desk is formed in college the head of the desk and students plan the events to be conducted. The sports meet will be as AATA and cultural name of Enigma, Atharva, etc.

Feasible, Good hostel facilities, both for boys and girls, for the limited number of students are available. Good reading room, recreation center are provided in the college Hostel. The mess is run on a cost-sharing basis. The Hostels are provided with solar heater. Totally this cost around 5000/month.

As the college provides permission for scholarships that are provided from Govt. Of Karnataka, Govt of India and also some other organizations. Loan facilities are available for the college the required documents are provided from the college side for sanction of loans from banks.

Playground of a national standard to conduct athletic meet with the suitable track, cricket tournament, football tournament, hockey etc.are available. The library hall has adequate facilities for students to pursue their reading reference and studies and adequate numbers of books are provided for students.

Hostel infrastructure is good and the facilities are also better. But sometime the food will be not in proper taste during Sundays, except this, the facilities are well and good. Modern equipment is adopted for the hostel.

Alumni function will be held for the students will be like a fair. The seniors will be friendly with their juniors and the campus is also free from ragging as I have seen from fast years. After their output, they guide the juniors about the upcoming situation and challenges to be faced.

BGSIT is affiliated to Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belagavi and approved by AICTE, New Delhi. The examination is carried out by their procedure. The theory will be for 100 marks which contain 20 marks for Internals and 80 marks for Externals.

The college is approved by (AICTE)-New Delhi and affiliated to (VTU)- Belgaum. Admission to BE, a minimum of 45 % marks aggregate in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the P.U.C. examination of Karnataka or its equivalent examination. As I scored 69% I have entered college by CET and selected this college during counseling.

BGSIT has well trained and experienced lectures in an institution and they are student friendly. Lab technicians and trainees are Good at their teaching profession and thus helps to learn more from their skills.
