I like the ever green campus of the college which feels like you are on heels to study it freshenes your mind also u can study with a fresh mind their.
Teachers of IT department is a plus point at KITs bcoz they always support you for your every work project as well as some will solve your personal problems too . Not only studies but also mental health yoga gym u can join
Mess and hostel is the bestest thing in the college you are absolutely safe there specially for girls. College celebrations are superb like Ganesh chaturthi, garba function, DJ night ,etc

Dislikes

Placements are not so good and obviously you will face alot of problems with your placement
You can't do anything internship during course because they will not going to allow you for that . 75%attendence is mandatory
Outside area and for girls u can't wear sleeveless top or kurtis or anything you should be proper in kurti with full sleeves and dupatta.... majorly like school

Course Curriculum Overview

Exam time for university is 3 hours and for mid term 1 hour...IT is the best branch you can go for with kits . Faculty of IT department is super good and supportive .course conver all the topic essential for real world problem

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 60000 per year

Placement Experience

From 3rd year you are eligible for campus placements . During my placement few companies visited the campus which was startup one and tcs visited.....but still placement facilities are not good . Dis satisfied with it.

Fees and Financial Aid

I applied for the EBC scheme which provides 50% scholarship to students whose income is less than 4lpa . I just need to pay 60thousand per year fees and it is same for OBC students . Also for SC ST students fees structure is totally different they only need to pay 1000 as a fees and other provided by gov through scholarship. If you r a tfws student then u need to pay 10,000 approx fees .

Campus Life

I wan the main head of two or three clubs and forums . Joining forums makes uh confident and smart in the college ....you can positively participate in every activity by being in forum. If you r on president post then end of the year u wil get trophy also you need to organize what better is for ur forum.

Admission

It is autonomous college also near to my home I got this college through cap round and the beauty of college staff attracted me to get admission there . It is a perfect college for full time degree course. But if you want to explore more about companies internship then Please don't get admission here.

There are two mid term exams in each semester and then final university exam for that particular semester is there....teachers will obviously teach uh like pro. So every exam in the kits is easiest. Just ask you queries to teachers and just follow their instructions so that no one can stop you to reach at pick.

Actually before choosing electronic engineering I have choose as an IT engineer as my dream of life , but my result of 10 th standard is not good I got only 85 percents then I have choose like merit choose me as an electronic branch so I have done my diploma in entc at college government polytechnic awasari , after that bcz of some family problem I didn't take addmission for a year , after 1 year of a gap I have decided to take a addmission and complete my further studies . I'm registered for addmission and finally I got my college.

There were multiple companies which visited from big IT mncs like wipro , capgemini, tcs to domain based companies like adani power and jsw paints. There are several companies which are listed on the college official website prominent ones are Capgemini, TCS, Wipro , IBM , Honeywell and more . As of 2025 highest package reported by college is of 16.8 lpa and avarage package lies around 4-5 lpa . Almost 75-78 percent student are placed every year and fairly good percentage for soft branches .

College is too bad. There is nothing apart from studying and attending regular classes. College does not help in the transportation of students or staff coming from Nagpur. They do not help students who goes for pool drive in Nagpur. Time to enter college is last 9 pm and after that, they do not allow students to enter.
