4.5

The course has both core and elective subjects, which can further divided as pre clinical, para clinical and clinical subjects,a total of 19 subjects make MBBS course. CBME based curriculum which enables better way of understanding the subject.

No companies will offer you any internship, Mandatory internship for 1 year must be done in Government general hospital after passing final year examinations. Government provides stipend for interns, Usually 25000 per month for 12 months.

The college's annual fee, which includes tuition, laboratory, and library charges, has consistently remained at approximately 26000 for several consecutive years. The fee remains same for all categories, But at the time of admission AIQ (All india quota)students should pay 12000rs extra to the university.

Campus Life

3

Every year our college has ELIXIR as main cultural event which lasts for 7days,usually in the months of September and October. Other than ELIXIR,other religious festivals are also celebrated, like AVIGNA for ganesh chathurthi, for christians our college usually organise pre Christmas celebrations. Our college has one library which encloses all national and international standard subject books of different authors,it also has seperate study halls for PG's and UG's. The disappointing point in this college is that,it has no play ground,no sports related events,no equipment in gym,etc..

Seperate hostels for boys and girls. Each hostel has 4 floors, with each floor having 30 rooms, each room shared by 4 members. Seperate single rooms are also provided for final year students. Separate block for post graduate students. Our hostel has its own mess,on contract based. Usual south indian menu With tiffins like idly, dosa, bajji, lemon rice in the morning and chapathi, dal, curry, rice and curd in the afternoon. Non veg menu includes chicken biryani twice a month, chicken curry twice a week, boiled egg twice a week, For vegetarians paneer is provided along with some sweets

Admission

I have choose this college as it is one of top 10 government medical colleges in telangana, and it is located near by my home town, which makes feel more comfortable. I have also applied for other top colleges like Kakatiya medical college,Esi medical college,Osmania medical colleges, but my rank was not enough to get admitted into those colleges. To get an admission here in this college, you have to apply for knruhs MBBS counseling, which is sole authority that conducts counseling in telangana, Counselling has 3 rounds, and i got admitted in 2nd round based on my merit, for each caste there is specific cut off mark, Overall the admission process goes smooth.

Faculty

3.5

Usually the girls:boys ratio remains 60:40 every year. Student friendly faculty, always supportive, Faculty:student ratio is around 1:30 Best faculties are from pharmacology department. For every year management conducts 2 internal examinations and pre final examinations, passing this exams is quite easy, and also makes you prepared for final university exams

Interview Experience

3.5

No interviews for admission into this college. Everything is based on your rank in NEET UG At the time of admission you should bring all your certificates like birth, caste, for identification aadhar card, income certificate proof, ews certificate (if applicable) and most importantly your NEET score card, along with your allotment order issued by KNRUHS university.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The fact that this course provides you a very dignitorial position in society attracts me the most into it. The financial benefits are also quite impressive. The curriculum extending for 5.5 years provides you all the required knowledge to practice as a general doctor in the country. There is a total of 19 subjects for 4.5 years in total. 1 year rotatory internship in various clinical department in affiliated hospital gives you very good clinical exposure also. The internship here is stipended by ?26000-/- per month. Every year mcc is renewing the syllabus according to to demands of indian medical system. Frequency of exams are quite adjustable upto rth year. 4th year is quite hectic and tiring with syllabus.
