In this course, curriculum is very similar to BTech course in respective discipline. I choose electrical engineering in this college because the curriculum is very practical and the faculties of this college is also good, they help us two perform every lab experiment mentioned in our curriculum. The practical experiments are very useful for us because the experiments in our laboratory is the sneak peak of industrial level works. That's how our curriculum prepare as for real world applications. Also there are subjects called entrepreneurship which build business mind.

There are many two type of internship offered by our college. One is unbed which is conduct during our study sessions, most likely in Durga Puja vacation or Summer vacation. Another type is paid internship which is offered after completion of the course. Instead of internship our college is more focus on proper placements.

In this college after 4th semester students are eligible to sit for campus placements. There are more opportunities for students in campus placements if they have no back subjects or back papers in previous semesters. Companies like LnT, Maruti Suzuki , Tata Cummins, Kirloskar, Thoughtworks, CESC, Ceat visit our campus. The average package is not so high as b.tech or degree colleges because this is a diploma level course. But the average package is highest compared to other diploma colleges. Average package is around 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. Highest package is 8 to 10 per annum. As I said before every students who applied for campus placement got at least one offer. In many cases many students got more than one offer on campus. Students who not applied for campus placement are opting for higher education. Personally I am interested in higher education instead of opting for placements.

This is a three year course in engineering and technology. In every year you have to pay admission fees of rs850. There are 6 semester, before every semester you have to pay registration fees of rs250 and if you have any back subject then you have to pay additional rs150. Other than that there are no extra hidden fees structure. Library fees, lab fees and all other fees are included in that 850rs which I mentioned before.

In our college there are so many events to enjoy. They are events like annual sports, Saraswati Puja, Vishwakarma puja, independence day, annual techfest, blood donation camp, College foundation day, freshers for juniors, annual cultural program , annual grand social , farewell program for passouts and other miscellaneous programs like wall magazine or indoor sports etc. Every events are arranged by students. If I talk about accessibility of books in library, the library facilities are very good, you have to submit some basic information about you to get library card, after that you are eligible to take books from library, there are two many books of respective discipline as well as their boobs for entrance exams for higher studies. There are also too many books other than Engineering academics. If I talk about technology used in classrooms, there are digital boards implemented in many of classrooms. Campus is not so big but large enough to arranging fests and enjoying college life.

To get admission in this college you have to sit for a exam called JEXPO. I gave the exam in the year 2022 and rank 3572 . Then I got this college in my first round of counselling and got admitted in this college. In my counselling list there are many colleges other than that college but my first priority is this college. Eligibility criteria for JEXPO is you have to complete your 10th examination with percentage of more than 35% , but a large number of students who got admitted in this college are 10+2 candidates. The admission process is - at first you have to sit for the exam called JEXPO. After rank declaration you have to sit for the counselling. If you got this college in your counselling then you have to pay online fees in website and then you have to reach the college and take admission offline by paying rest fees.

In our college there are four departments, in every department there are 7-8 teaching faculties as well as 2-3 lab instructors or workshop instructors. In Electrical engineering department, all the teaching faculties are next to god level faculties, Asis De sir who teach electrical machines is very strict which implements discipline, Koushik Moitra sir who teach electronics and non conventional energy is like god of electrical engineering as well as real life God. Other than them there are Sharmistha Sen Gupta madam and Spandita Das madam , they are very helpful and teach every concept very deeply. Lab instructors are also helpful and helps us during our minor or major project. There are no teachers to dislike, all are respected , responsible and great. There are total 6 semesters and in one semester there are two internal for every subjects. In one semester there are 5 to 6 subjects. If 60 students get admitted in first semester then around 35 get survived till last semester.
