Course Curriculum Overview

4

I love to treat the patient who are with diseases so i i decided to take MBBS as we get to know about human body. It prepares me for real world and i can do specialist after this . I think their should be more focus on clinical part rather than teaching the theory because more practical more will be exposure Timing of exams is of 3 hours and occurs annually and difficulty level is medium

Internships Opportunities

3.5

We do interships in our own colleges. According to new rules of NMC we cant go for other colleges to do internships. Intership is good here as we are in hospitals so we get full clinical exposure Stipend is 10-15k per month

4

Faculty to student ratio is good Their is healthy relationship between students and faculty and faculty is very helpful Best faculty in our college is of obs-gynae ,medicine and psychiatry department Surgery faculty is not very helpful Final exams occur annually but midterms occur after 3-4 months Exams are difficult but students ratio is 10% who fail the exams

Medical curriculum is now being managed by NMC who are trying new things which are kind of making it a bit weird and also the adaptability has been a little off. But overall its a good motive to stop rote learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum was not an influence to be specific for me to choose MBBS, it's my father's dream to see me as a doctor As mentioned already curriculum is tough , thereby it prepares us to be very very good doctors.. I don't think am a suitable person to add suggestions to improve the curriculum, there are way better and experienced persons and doctors . Frequency of exams in medical College is usually very high, and my perspective is that theses exams are actually very tough
