Likes

Our college environment and fields and hostel food.
Good teaching staff and good professional course
Good Library is there and many sports and cultural events are conducted

Dislikes

Too many snakes are there in the field and insects .
Far away from the town markets and difficult to buy the groceries.
No placements and internships and seminars.

Course Curriculum Overview

Horticulture is a professional course. More practical sessions are conducted. Entrepreneurship is more in Horticulture sector. There is no much explanation in some subjects like breeding and pathology. There is no much time for preparation and exams are at very difficult level

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 40000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

First semester course fees is about 17000rs and second year semester fees about 20000 rs. Scholarship will about 25000rs per year Mess is runned by students and it will be about 3000/month. Hostel deposition charge is about by 8000 and it is refundable.

Campus Life

Only the freshers party for new comers and fare well party for outgoing batch is happened. Middle of the semester college day celebrations will happen around one day Inter college sports meet and agriculture sports and cultural meet also happened. No clubs happened

Hostel Facilities

One bed is provided for the each student. Three open shelfs are also provided for each student. Unlimited food and delicious food is available. It is a village in district. Mojerla in wanaparthy ,there is rentals available near college.

Hostel Fee: INR 36000 per year

Admission

I applied for BDS and Ayush courses. Due to my unknown circumstances and heavy competition arround my period I got the Horticulture seat by Eamcet rank of 3226 in 2017 year. My experience was worst,because there is no scope for horticulture sector in my area

Faculty

There is no much interaction between the students and lecturers. They will come to class and give powerpoint presentations and they will give material and they left. For one semester one mid exam and practical exam for each subject. There will be 10 subjects in each semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Im not interested in bsc agriculture but I'm didn't cracked the neet so I don't have any option so I have choosed this but the worst part is we have 10 subject ????if u are willing to do this course u can enjoy this Coming to exams we have 1midterm and 1sem final theory exam level is based on the preparation for exam by the way there are no preparation holidays

Placement Experience:

We have placement cell in our college. Mostly fertilizer and pesticide companies interview us. The package will be like 50000. I think tebre will be no academic percentage in this case as they want the person who is practically knowledgeable. They mostly ask for the experience. I want to write cat exam and jrf.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The Course which is useful for Agriculture in India.Our Curriculum provides the practical knowledge which in further will helpful to the farmers. My life in PJTSAU

Placement Experience:

Generally, the campus placements here are good when compared to the other agricultural universities. The highest was around 1000000 and the average was around 400000. Generally, the students are eligible for campus placements from the end of the 6th semester onwards. like one of the companies like Anmol media,cpshpl, naandis association of urban farmers, etc. Most of the students were placed in my senior batch. They made around 30 offers. The percentage was around 91 in getting placements. After completing my course I will get a BSc in agriculture degree to my name. The companies that came for the campus placements here are good.
