What Students Say

Likes

We are always open to our thoughts so hence any improvement needed can be discussed with the management.
They will consider the marks and knowledge and plan the session accordingly.
Examinations are regular and even extra activities are given the same importance at the same time.

Dislikes

More attention to people who study well. They show partiality.
Even the seniors and juniors interaction is not present.
Sports will not be taught. Correct coaches are not present.

Course Curriculum Overview

We had a change in curriculum and it effected a lot. The new rules and plans are not even knowing to the teachers. So we are in a confusion to follow them . We are worried about the changes that will be made in future. Teaching methods should be changed accordingly to the new curriculum.

Class Size: 150Course Fees: INR 50000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My fees structure is planned accordingly. It will be paid every year. The year wise fees we pay is 55,000. Caution fees and deposit will be around 40,000. And even the bus transportation fees is around 40,000. Other compulsory charges are present according to situations and yearly wise. No scholarships are available. My batchmates pay according to their category like for B category - 12,40,000 and C category - 36,00,000.

Campus Life

Though we didn't like our college as it is too strict but still we always had and have memories in our college. I participated in many events like dance, singing, and also debates, elocutions. Classes will be held in big halls with powerpoint presentations.

Admission

Yeah I choose this college as the it is a free ragging campus. Security wise also it is so good that parents want to join their children in this college only. Even academics and results wise this college is good.

Faculty

3.5

Obviously the faculty - to - student ratio will be too low in every college. Like wise in our college also, the ratio is 1 faculty for 30 students and all the clinical faculty will be busy with their works in hospital having no time to interact with us and even sometimes to teach the class. I like my FM sir naresh sir as he will be fun in class, teaches the subject and he will be good with us when we go to badminton in evenings.

The life of a medico in a government medical college

Placement Experience:

There is no such thing as campus placement in medical courses.. we are provided with internship with the linked hospital with an approximate stipend of 30k per month for a year and after that we receive the course completion certificate and we can either practice in a clinic or pursue the post graduation upon our interests..

Placement Experience:

we have to visit our hospital from 1st year of college, and we start interacting with patients from 1st year onwards, up to 4th year we are practicing in our college and after that, we have to do an internship in our hospital only all qualified students which pass all the prof exams can do the internship, after the internship I will go for higher studies.

About Asram medical college
