Review of Smt. Kashibai Navale College of engineering, Pune

I take the course of computer engineering becoz i love technology. The curriculam of college involved the syllabus of tech, there are subjects in the course itself which prepare for the real world placelents. The subjects like DSA, OOPS, PYTHON, JAVA, Etc are added in curriculum. All the things related to programming is excellently teached by every faculty member. The HOD sir is very strict and supportive. So this college makes the good humans first and then make you agood engineer.

The college is very good in placements. Around 50+ companies come to the college to give placement opportunity to the students. The average package is around 4-6 LPA. Also the training and placement officer gives you a lot of information that what companies and how to prepare for placements. The faculty and the syllabus already prepare the students for the placement.

The fees for OPEN catagory students is about 1,20,000 and for OBC students its around 60,000. For SC, ST its around 3000 only. In the first year of college we have to pay some deposit fees with the colleges fees which is 5000 and college returns this money to us when our course gets completed. The fees is decreasing year by year. In first year its around 65k, In second and thirs year its around 57k and in last year its 55223. This fees structure applicable for OBC students only. For other catagory students also fees decreases.

The best things about the college is college clubs and festivals. College organize bigger and biggest festivals like SINHGAD CARNIVAL, SINHGAD KARANDAK, GARBA NIGHT and many more. The the programs like Bollywood day, black and white day, etc are also organize once in a year. Sinhgad karandak is biggest fest where the foriegn muscians also perfoms. Recently in sinhgad fest KIM LEE the USA residence actor and muscian came to our college for the concert.

So there are sharing rooms in hostel where in 1 room 4 students are alloted. Also they gives you the opportunity to select your roommates. The yearly fees of hostel and mess is around 75,000 Rupees. The hostel is good in faculties. They provide hot water in morning, normal water 24/7, daily cleaning of room, RO filters for drinking water, Bed , chair, table, etc. The quality of mess food is not too good, but its eatable. If someone dont want hostel, then in locality they can take rented flats. For 1BHK the cost is around 10k and for 2BHK its varies from 12-15k. Also there are PG like stanza, zolo etc.

I take this college because of the pavements rate and average package of the college. The training and placement officer of the college gives you a lot of information about aptitude, programming and how to crack company interview. More than 50 companies are come in college to give college placements. Another reason to select this college is the college life and college campus. The campus of the college is too big and much beutiful.

The faculties are so supportive and caring. They help you anytime. You can msg them and they help you in any situation. Mam like Varsha mam, Kokate mam, Patil mam, agrawal mam are too good. They support you, care you and helps to improve you skills in programming ans aptitude. The exams taken by colleges are only preliums and unit test and there score doesn't matters. Only the exam like insem and endsem matters and it conducted by university itself. No cheating is allowed, very strict exam is conducted and the difficulty of exam is moderate.
