Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum is very much relevant to the real life scenarios As this is a medical field of expertise...the hands on experience is very much prioritised and carefully watched. The examination is taken every 2-3 months and retests are also conducted if you want to improve your score.
Internships Opportunities
The internship happens after 4th year and it's duration is around a year where you get paid to work in the clinic of our hospital and other different departments. You can also get selected for further extension of your internship according to your choice.
Placement Experience
As it is an independent type of degree the scope of placement is very less but people still get placed in companies like Clove dental. I myself have planned to pursue my masters after getting this degree
Fees and Financial Aid
I'm paying ?3lakhs 65 thousand per year as tuition fees and ?1 lakh 65 thousand as hostel fees Although many people are giving extra for hostel fees depending on their room type and A.C facilities. There's triple sharing, double sharing and single sharing rooms
Campus Life
The campus life is pretty lively We have an annual fest called Occlusion in which many dental college participate accross many categories and games. We also have interbatch fest call Vibgyor which is also done annually Other than that many cultural activities are going on throughout the year such as Nukkad natak..movie day...essay and poster making.. We have many groups for Nukkad.. singing...arts and all of them are managed by the students only
Hostel Facilities
The hostels for both girls and boys are in campus and just next to the college building You can choose from AC and non AC rooms in which there's another category if You want a triple sharing room ..a double sharing room and a single room. The size of all the room are same and they are very spacious. The living atmosphere is comfortable and safe. The mess food is not so good and needs improvement.
Admission
I chose this college because it met all of my parameters That being...closest to home and under my budget. I took admission through the UPNEET counseling and got my admission as this was the only college that I wanted
Faculty
Each batch has 100 students divided into 2 or 3 batches..so the teacher to student ratio is very good Internal examinations are conducted evey 2-3 months along with the class tests and practicals according to the DCI schedule. The marking scheme is based on the schedule of DCI.
