Course Curriculum Overview

5

Course in 1st and 2nd year is same as mbbs however you have to study dental subjects as well. It is tiring course as it does not have theory but lots of practical too. Whole year there will be a pressure of completion and approval. Additionally in 2nd year you can do research under faculty guidance .

Internships Opportunities

5

There is a rotating internship in college itself. You can work in all 9 departments in internship. Additionally you are also taken on field trips. You'll get some 2-3k stipend during this time and you won't have to pay fees. You can do research work also.

Placement Experience

5

After graduation you get placements but package is not that high. For good packages obviously you'll have to do post graduation. However there are placements both after graduation and post graduation.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I have paid 3,65,000 yearly for college and 1,56,000 for hostel including message and laundry. Security deposit of 50,000. During registration in nodal centre I had paid 100000 which was later adjusted in fees. Same fees paid by batchmates. Toppers of batch get some amount as reward.

Campus Life

5

Campus Life is good only hostel mess food could be better. Other than that college have both AC and non AC rooms. Closing time of 10pm. Other than that they have gym, basketball court, cafe, temple, library, pharmacy in campus. Safety inside campus is good.

Hostel Facilities

5

Facilities in hostel - laundry, 4 meals - breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner, gym then in room you'll be provided with study table, almirah and a bed. In each floor there are induction, fridge and water cooler.free wifi is also available.

Admission

I choose this college due to excellent patient flow. You'll get every type of patient before graduation. Faculty is also good. College also let us work after college hours. Obviously you'll get good practice so when you do your post graduation anything won't be new. My dental college is a place of academic excellence, where students are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel in the field of dentistry. With state-of-the-art facilities, experienced faculty, and a hands-on approach to learning, the institution fosters both theoretical understanding and practical expertise. The college emphasizes holistic development, encouraging students to participate in research, community service, and extracurricular activities. This environment cultivates compassionate, skilled dental professionals who are ready to contribute to the healthcare industry with precision and care.

Faculty

5

Student, faculty ratio is good. In first year 100 students are divided in 3 batches, with 33 in each batch which makes it better than other colleges that professors have less students to look after in one batch. Many faculties are good and experienced. There are basically 2 internals and one sent up then the final university exam. All have same number system. Your yearly performance will be given as internal marks. Top 10 will be rewarded. Usually most of the students pass. Now it is better as college is affiliated with govt. Institute Atal bihari university.

Placement Experience:

Dentistry is not a semester based placement programme. After BDS, students can be employed in the private dental clinic of ITS itself, or they can secure jobs from big hospital names like Fortis, Clove Dental Clinics, Max and Apollo. • The average package of students per month has been 3 lakh rupees. My plans after the degree are to get a campus placement, and practise for some time. During this time i would be earning good money and focusing on my NEET MDS preparation at the same time.

I chose this course due to the art side of this and i got inspired by my father as well Dentistry is a very prestigious and dignified profession in the world and it's very demanding in developed countries I would like to introduce the business aide of dentistry into my course on like how to set up the start up clinic amd how to charge to the patients And to reduce the course of medical subjects and increase the clinicals Our exams occur 4 times in a year they are really tough and tiring requires sleepless nights and our blood , sweat and tears

Course Curriculum Overview:

I joined dentistry so that I can open my own clinic and not work under someone else . But this college does not prepare you for real world applications. Most of the students join pvt clinic to learn clinical work . There will be no improvement unless the no. Of patients are increased in clg . This college has OPD of around 20-40 patients per day which is very low for a dental college.
