I want to make my career and serve people so I choose to do BSc Nursing because the medical field is very large and there are many scopes for making career as a Nurse you can earn the money and provide the help people This curriculum always teaches you that by helping nature you will be prepared to help people by carrying them you will be prepared for society physically mentally etc I think there is nothing that need to be improved involved subjects are mandatory files for a nurse The overall exam level is moderate you can passed it by doing hard work with patience and calmness

There's no company comes for intern ship offered under the internship the college conduct their own internships for their students and they pay for it After BSC nursing you need to complete your internship in the college and when you will get your degree from this college you will be eligible for working in hospitals and academic

I am studying in BSC Nursing 1st year at Ankerite International institute of medical sciences lucknow.And I have qualified Uttar Pradesh common Nursing Entrance Test to taking admission in this college. This is four year professional graduation in field of Nursing The fee structure of this college is mentioned below Tution fee 72000 Uniform fee 8000 Admission fee 20000(One time) Security fee 20000 (Refundable) Transportation fee 6000 Library fee 5000 Clinical fee 6000 Student nurse association fee 3000 Miscellaneous fee 10000 Hostel are not included in this fees Hostels is optional The scholarship available for all categories wise General EWS 35000 SC ST 70000 OBC 35000 First-year fee 1.5 lakh (12500 for semester exam) And left three years only 1lakh per year You need to qualify for UPCNET

Campus Life

There are many festivals celebrated in this college Like annual function, Republic day (January), Independence day(August), Teachers day(September), Children day (November),farewell party(July) , freshers party (October) The library is very clean and good with AC and proper chair for sitting student. A large no. Of books is find In the library and clerk is also friendly behavior there are various Book anatomy ,physiology,sociology, foundation of nursing, psychology gynecology, etc In the class room good quality chairs well equipped fan, a projector for teaching, a notice board for notice and tiles in overall class In the college, there are sports grounds for students where you can play Volleyball, Cricket, badminton, kabbadi and other activities No there is not this type of things

Admission

I have applied to many College for admission in their college in my counselling and I got a confirmed admission form the Ankerite International Institute of medical sciences lucknow and I liked this college because the college has enough campus and their own nursing association lab anatomy lab 100 bed hospital playground library Clean and good claas room staffs are very good college manner rule regulations are also good I never got any rejection from any other colleges this college alloted to me by the state government If you want to take admission in this college for BSC nursing then you need to qualify for UPCNET which is conducted by ABVMU in starting of June every year you need to complete your 12 in science stream with PCB from any recognized board and your age must be 17 years this is the most preferred exam by students the cut off this college is 100 out of 200 for all categories

BSc nursing is 4 years course and consist 8 semester all the exams will be in the college in the exam came various types of questions like Objective , short answer , Essay type The overall faculty is very good.there are very large number of teachers all teachers kept good behaviour with the students they are friendly and kind I liked most to Pooja mam who teaches me physiology her way of teaching is very good clear explanation without any hesitation There are total 8 exam in 8 semester and the exam level is moderate Only 4 to 6 students are not able to paas exam By this course you can make you carrier in both fields medical and academic you can be Nursing officer AIIMS after NORCET or can work in private hospitals NGO Nursing homes

Interview Experience

I have taken admission in this college by qualify UPCNET 2023 is entrance exam conducted by ABVMU there is no GD in the college There is no other chance to take admission in this college without UPCNET I have prepared myself for 5 months for this exam and do hard work in my study I was mentally well prepared for this exam with patience

Placement Experience:

Actually we do internship in apex hospital and we have 100% placement. We have 100% placement here every year students get job in apex hospital and also in other places. But so such companies or anything come for placement. Average package is 5 lakhs per annum. After getting degree I will prepare for Norcet exam .

Placement Experience:

The campus doesnt provide placements. Though sgpgi conducts its own test for vacancy of nursing. If you had studied from here chances are there youd get selected here inly and start doing job henceforth earning. I mean which institute doesn't prefer its own child. The students become illegible to give exam at the end of 4th year though there has been instances when people have cleared exam but couldnt join as degree process is late. Therefore its necessary to understand you can only join the job when you've the degree in hand. Mistly students who study here 5%-10% get job here itself. Rest of people get in other government hospitals. But its safe to say they all are earnibg good and are in government job. My plan after the degree is to possible join somewhee as tutor and side by side hustling for MSc for better pay scale and job perspectives. The bright side of this course is either you can go in clinical field or you can join as tutor. The sakary of nurse here in sgpgi is 1 lakh per month.

Job opportunities is so high after completion of the course. Curriculum strongly focuses on skill development of the students that will help them to achieve different milestones. There should be less no. of assignment in the curriculum and teaching method should be more interactive. There are 2 mid term exams and 1 semester exam in every 6 months. The course is a medical course so yaa i wanted to learn about human so opted for it .It's alike MBBS but a bit easy than that .we have subject specialities like Medical surgical ,Obs gynae,Pediatrics ,Community etc like mbbs only but we need to learn them in duration of 3.5 yrs then we have internship of 6 months. Curriculum is maintained but need to be more realistic as some things are outdated. The subjects we learn are patient centred only as we have to be there for them ,provide care to them and treat them .everthing we read in classes we apply and co relate in our clinical.postings for better learning and experience
