What Students Say

Likes

Communication among the students and doctors is a little easier
Social interaction is pretty good and can experience good laboratory facilities and skills lab.
Transportation and security for women are super and very good Library is present

Dislikes

Too many rules and restrictions for a student to go outside
Hostel fees is a lot higher and it's better to decrease the fees
Food is not palatable all the days and it should be improved for a person to be healthy

Course Curriculum Overview

Curriculum is CBME based but it includes mostly seminar and SGD sessions. I don't think they will be of great importance. But I think the faculty is trying to help to understand the consequences and trying their best through practical sessions.

Internships Opportunities

Internship will be in the same college for any medical College. Work shifts will be assigned accordingly for every intern based on the department they are in. They will provide very less salary which can be increased

Placement Experience

Once you graduated from this college I think it's good that you can get to do practice on your own or work in any hospital. The package may vary based on the path you choose. Hopefully I can get post graduation.

Fees and Financial Aid

For A category seats it is 55000 , B cat - 1250000, management quota is 34 lakh per annum . Merit is required to get admission. Scholarship is available for students with low financial status by the government to the college. Studies are good with great hospitality. This information is for MBBS course

Campus Life

In this many clubs are there like green club, sports club,fine arts club, book and journal club , dance club, music club, women empowerment club . Social life is also good. Campus Life is okay but too much of academics.

Admission

This college is good for its academics and good practice in the hospital. I took this college because of this and it is also safe for girls with good security. No ragging and very disciplined college.

Faculty

ENT is the best faculty. Each and every department give their best and try to help the students to experience all the medical students could and show as many cases as they could. From anatomy to paediatrics everything is fine.

An experience to remember.

Placement Experience:

Internship is offered in the affiliated hospital next door and there are continous CMEs and Conferences going on for betterment of skills. Most students are placed. My seniors are in the USA, in good residency programs. All is good.

About Asram medical college
