Remarks

Good infrastructure, facilities for the medical, library is available. fan facilities are not too good in summer point of view.

Course Curriculum Overview

2 sessional occurs between put and final semester exam. 1st sessional based on first 2 unit and 2nd sessional is based on 3 and 4 unit. Vents are organized every now and then by different branches and sports and other curricular activities are also held.

Placement Experience

Placements are good at this college. Many companies including out of India companies come in our college and many students get selected depending upon their knowledge. For internship, college doesn't provide that. we ourselves have to do an internship by group or individual.

College Events

3.5

Navonmesh is held every year in the month of February. Kite Fest is always held. Traditional days for various branches are organized. Fresher's for every 2nd year students are held officially. Various competition regarding different branches is held.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees for different casts are different. for management quota 88000 is to be given. first-year admission fees depend upon casts and categories. The scholarship is also provided and free ship is also given .tees expenses is included in 2nd year and other expenses are told on time.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't opt any scholarship or free ship or any other education loan as I am from management quota.

Campus Life

Labs are clean and good enough.. every instrument is available in the labs.. robotics club is formed and in out of Nagpur organized events we participate enthusiastically. Sports event are well organized in this college by every branch.d debates and other activities are also held.

Alumni/Alumna

Alumni network for passed out students are held many times.. farewell for seniors is always conducted.

Admission

I was a management student. From cap, I got a mechanical branch but as I wanted civil I gave fees of 83000 each year. Thus by cap round, I got the admission. admission is on the basis of jee and shvet marks and also 10th and 12th marks. Original documents are to be given to them.

Faculty

Faculties of the college are very good. they are helpful kind and free to talk. Each batch is given their own guardian teachers to whom we can share all our problems related to studies and also personal. They help to solve our difficulties in any subjects.

PES College of Engineering: Overview of the college

Likes

The campus of the college is vast with a natural environment
Many facilities like library, sophisticated labs, and classrooms are provided by the college
The Teachers cover each and every point of the syllabus and guide the students.

Dislikes

The syllabus is a little bit outdated, that is some points in the syllabus may seems boring and not applicable in the real world.
The Teachers should use the right techniques for teaching which makes the students more engaging in the class.
The menu of the canteen must contain some health option in a budget friendly way.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement is decent in the college as compare to other colleges of the city . many companies visited the college every year to hire the skillful engineers from the college and offer them a good amount of package. The option of the offcampus palcement is also there for the students of the other colleges.

My perspective about my college!!

Likes

Such a huge campus and it is located not far from the city so bus and autos are always available.
Our canteens serves Misal Pav which is next level.
For a city like Amravati and a college like ours, having a tech fest is a dream but since 2022, we have been hosting a tech event called Techlons.

Dislikes

Crowd is not that amazing as most students are non-serious over here.

Placement Experience:

TCS trains us in the third year and L&T Infotech and TCS are the ones who hired students. Almost half the students were taken by these two companies with an annual salary of 6 lakhs or so. For a freshers to work in such companies is a privilege and I am glad, we get this opportunity at our college.

A Brief Theory Round Of Aissms College Of Engineering

Likes

The campus is quite big and there are proper laboratories for every subject , also the faculty is quite helpful and helps student to settle up and get along so that the teaching and doubt interaction is built up from the starting
We have metro station right outside the gate of college so the travelling is quite simple
It's also good to have a college stationary right inside the campus and with discount too!

Dislikes

The benches are small which kind off makes the students uncomfortable to sit for more than 2 hours in that space
Canteen hygiene is not maintained at all
There's no underground parking for students and lack of space for parking of two wheelers

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good in Aissms College Of Engineering in comparison to the other one institute of Information technology. I personally have even saw seniors getting placements when they were in placement round room. And looking at all the boards the college has put up and I can definitely says that the college does get placements and companies do come

Likes

Faculty and teaching assistants are so friendly and are with great experience and wisdom.
Other than education many other activities take place like NCC, NSS, sports competitions, inter IIT competitions, etc.,
Ragging, student and gender abuse are strictly banned

Dislikes

sometimes we have to work till midnight for any tech teams, any assignments, etc., if the submission is not done in proper time. But faculty don't keep any pressure or stress on students to do certain tasks

Placement Experience:

Job placements starts from 3rd year 2 nd semester or 4th year 1st semester. Many Multi National Companies, like Amazon, Google, Sony, etc.,, come to hire students. Almost 70 % of the students get jobs. Atfer completing graduation, few people begin their startups and other businesses with the knowledge gained in the university.

AIML and AIDS being new branches here are still doing their job very well for the students

Dislikes

The Students section not really tends to help ,as i saw many financially weak students facing the problem of 1 time payment fees and their request for part payments option is always rejected
Infrastructure is decent but in summer season the water coolers are just useless there ,no cooler will give you cold water

Course Curriculum Overview:

Some courses were to the point like IOT was well designed and DSA too with java programming side by side ,still as i said AIML is new branch and needs much enhancements ,the areas where they can improve was always practicals and labs those were always taken casual as i remember
